How does GetDeviceData.exe work??

When you use GetDeviceData.exe, it reads something like:

PH20B 0 B GER R T-MOB101 1.12.00 0 0 1.12.100 1.02.00 02.00

What I want to know is HOW it reads this information; I've managed to know how to get the part 00 (model) using the SystemParametersInfo API and the part 02 (extended rom version) checking the registry key "HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\3rdversion\MSYSTEM".
Does anyone know how to get the part 01 (language, operator, rom version) and 03 (radio rom version)?

Does anybody can please tell me if my wizard is a G3 or a G4. The only info I can get is that (no IPL/SPL stuffs) :

u need to install the hard spl first.
its the most crucial step before unlocking

i have everything and nothing lol xD
i have the hard spl followd all steps but cant get the unlock code o.0 ( step 2 from the 3steps to make it simlock free ) can some one help?
