Did you check DLL versions of the camera fix before echanging dll's?
I found out that Build 19209 ROMs have a newer DLL included than the fix coming from HTC, hence the 19209 Builds are newer than the fix. Did you check on that?
The fix has - afaik - version 1.50.0.0 and 19209 features CIF.DLL 1.52.0.0
I'm waiting for your upload though, it's interesting to see something new...!

Original Cif.dll is 1.25.00 ,patch from htc is 1.50.00 (included in rom)

How much RAM at the startup ???

Interesting fact, bepes ROMs (I could be wrong though) use version 1.52.0.0 which is in fact a newer build than what you posted above.
I guess he got them somewhere else and custom baked them into his ROM

Works with the following ROMs:
All ROMs based on 1.37 and TouchFlo3D 1.0.1630.23
All other versions not tested! Please let me know if it works on other versions!
Not work on:
All ROMs which not have TF3D included (You can change theme, but you can't use the restore-function!)
All 1.93 ROMs
Installation instructions:
Download attached zip-file
Extract the zip-file on your PC
Connect Diamond with Active Sync!
Create a new directory "Themes" on the Internal Storage (4 GB) of your Diamond or use any other folder
Copy the extracted theme-file to "Internal Storage\Themes" or any other folder
Disconnect Diamond from PC
Run Diamond TF3D Config
Change theme and have fun!

The theme will be copied to the windows-directory! ;-)
Only the *.theme-files have to be on your 4 GB internal storage. I've chosen this way, because we don't have enough free space on the built-in storage

They are the same...
But: If you delete all *_manila-Files in your windows-folder you got your orignal files - because they are stored in the ROM and they will automatically restored.
In next release I want to implement a function to "restore" the original files - that means my app will delete all *_manila-files and after soft-reset you have your original files.

@Ultraschorsch: You need a TSK-File with black bars. I think you will find one here on xda-devs.

Hi Everybody!
My Second ROM i am posting on this forum.i am not going to give it a fancy name or claim hacks that are not there or such.i am simply cooking my ROMs for me and my friends to be fast, clean and ready for everyday use for longer time.i do not want to be flashing ROM every day so i do it once and then use it for some time until next significant update release by HTC.i have tested this ROM with my friends for few days and couldn't find any bugs.So i decided to share with this great community.
As base for this ROM i used latest 2.10 T Mobile USA ROM version and i did a lot of modifications to make it faster and i did some registry changes too.Do not ask me what exactly cos it is a long list.i have used Manila 2.5.2121412.1 (latest one).so if you're looking for full landscape this is not ROM for you.PLEASE USE LATEST RADIOS FROM Tmobile ROMS WITH THIS ROM!
ADDED STUFF:
WKTask Manager - for me this is the best one.i did some optimizations so it is usable on WM 6.5
SP Time Sync - very small and useful app to get time from internet
PimBackup - speaks for it self
HTC GPS Tool - well known GPS Tool which i found useful when i had problems to get fast GPS lock
HD2 BIOS Boot Splash Screen - i think it looks great.a big thanks and all credit goes to jeckill
Manila MOD done by Co0kieMonster - Great Modification for our Manilas ALL CREDIT GOES TO the master himself Co0kieMonster

Digital Compass is back in Footprints - i have managed to get it back because this option is missing in new Manila Builds.(you can import your footprints to Digital Compass app).But Footprints Tab is the newest one.
HD2 12 Button Action Screen - replaced Long Press End Button made by HTC.all credits goes toDextrosan
Wi-Fi Router - This is removed from TMOUS ROMS

HKLM / SYSTEM / PICTURES / camera / MODESetting / video setting/captureTimerLimited you can change it to 100000000.

Without see your ROM, have you try, for the wifi issue, this:
Go to key in registy "HKLM\Software\Drivers\WLAN" and copy the value from 'AdapterName" string. Now go to key in registry "HKLM\Software\HTC\CommManager\WLAN" and edit "DeviceName" string. You see there value like this: "{98C5250D-C29A-4985-AE5F-AFE5367E5006}\TNETW12511". Delete the last part of this value ("TNETW12511") and past the value "AdapterName" which you copy at end. Make soft reset and that is all. Now Wifi button on your device should work properly

when i uploading my rom...i unconsciously got sleeped...
i viewd all the reply,and fixing WIFI now

i install this and after alighn the screen i recive a device.exe error i can't adjust the time and the date that is all for now. At the first inpresion look nice but that butons are very big and that 2 lanes the one with windows buton and the one with the hour and baterry frum up are to big and black

Hi! I just loaded your ROM and the few changes I've seen you made are SICK!!! (that's a good thing, don't worry ) The HTC Hub is very nice. I used to hide it because it was so bland and boring. Also the wallpapers you loaded are the first I haven't wanted to delete LOL My main curiosity is where is the screen you show in your 5th screen capture? Where it says "My Menu" and "My Settings"...I'm not seeing that anywhere. My secondary, minor curiosity is on the HTC Hub live tile I guess it's showing tiny icons of the featured apps...can I get rid of that somewhere? It kind of clutters up the tile...
High five for allowing TouchXplorer and Registry Editor to work as well as adding in the Blackberry notifiers...the HTC/Windows tones were so faint and wimpy unless you had the volume cranked up to the max. I'm not done playing around yet so if I see something else that's a concern or kudos I'll definitely be back here to let you know if it's not already known.
You'll be my ultimate ROM hero if you help me with the things I mentioned above (how I can get rid of the tiny featured app icons from the HTC Hub live tile and get me that nice menu in the 5th screen shot)
Oh yeah-- and if it's possible...maybe in a future release add that "instant resuming" feature. Not sure if it's proprietary to the Infinity ROM but that would make this ROM 100% perfect for me Thanks again for cooking up this excellent piece of ROM'age lol
