Nothing new basicly, except minor fixes and almost not noticable speed gain
So what's not inside:
Removed: Office, SQM, Transcriber, Windows Live, Welcome Center, IPSECVPN and some more stuff which IMO is unneeded ... the rom so far is stable.
Use the extrom from my previous rom which includes latest PIE 8.12 + Adobe Flash Lite, Windows Live Mobile 10.6.53.3000 (latest build to date), Repacked Office Mobile from this build + OneNote and a few more cabs which i think are needed. IN the rom removed many graphics but will include them as files
NK.exe customizations are work of sun_dream (hes nk.exe is fast) other stuff in the xip is ported from the original 23004 xip. Many thanks to sun_dream for the help with this rom (and any latest rom). For my latest roms i have removed SQM, and customer experience sh** in order to lighten a lil the rom and protect personal information to be sent to microsoft.
Try it on your own risk - it is beta build so you can encounter unpredicted bugs with it.
I want to thank to mamaich (still use hes tools in rom building for BA), bepe (BuildOS is hes work - a brilliant one, also the xip tools i use), in random order, sun_dream, childrin, mun_rus, Tuatara (constant help and support), helmi_c, itsme (brilliant perl scripts which were used for dumping all the goodies from newer roms), cmonex and a lot more people involved ... I appreciate your help

Fixed bug that PIE6 banner does not show on the homepage
Increased overall speed by at least 35%
Fixed graphics issues -in R5 when you install WLM the icons look like crap so i fixed the shortcut names, fixed powerpoing icon png file to more proper sized one and fixed the excel shortcut name in office cab to make it use the proper graphic. Added icons for all the apps included in the extrom - the proper png and registry are in every cab - the iconed apps are: adobe reader le, myphone, marketplace, Autodataconfig, remote desktop, facebook, google maps
Added to extrom: Facebook (MS application which is quite cool), ADC (Auto Data Config - this tool automatically detects your operator and makes the internet settings for your operator automatically - it is probably in beta stage but it works for me), Marketplace (It shows that the service will be available soon, and believe me it will ), Windows Mobile Widgets (WMWidgets - this is the new widget engine it only works if you install PIE8/IE6)
Added Widgets download links - you can install them from the storage card
Added Original Ringtones download link
Tweaked the cabs to use more proper folders (the new added ones)
Added BLueangel (XDAIIs) Black icon which is shows in WMDC in Windows Vista or Windows 7
Customizing Start Menu:
The icon entry in WM6.5 start menu depends on 3 things application link in
Code:
\windows\start menu\programs
(or subfolder), 32-bit PNG 45x45 transperency enabled graphic which will be used as icon in the new start menu, registry entry for setting the PNG to the link.
And to ellaborate a little bit more:
By default WM6.5 start menu detects any installed program link from

(and subfolders) and creates registry entryes in

[HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start]
, for example lets say i install skype for windows mobile the skype shortcut will be created in

\windows\start menu\programs
with a name of Skype.lnk so WM will detect that and add registry entry like this

[HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start\Skype.lnk]
. To modify the icon (which will look ugly because 21193 streches and zooms them) you will need a PNG file corresponding on the upper requirements and you will need to add simple registry line in the Skype.lnk key: it should be String Value and the name shoild be Icon, the value must show the path to the icon, i put them in windows because it is easyer (and because MS do it, it is possible to put them on the SD card but your device may crash on SD removal) so the path value should be

ok just finished flashing my device, one thing i did notice the divice is getting quite hot not that it burns my hand lol, but defenetly hot to notice it, my question xplode does this rom OC the cpu? or some other hardware??

no it is regular settings, you may have dieing battery nor something wrong with your device

I also don't like the default theme, it looks like a basic info page and any wrapper over it should use this information to display properly.

I can't set up an email account from live.com. It goes through to inputting the email address and password as if it is working ok and get the accept screen from windows but then jumps out back to account screen.

yep, but i want to install it to my polaris.
and opera doesnt launch in 23409.

Hi. have the speed issues been addressed, the previous version was very nice to look at but not practical to use on a daily basis. Can the Polaris handle this upgrade ??

Stable ROM
Download and test about an hour, still stable...will continue a few days.
Microsoft Voice Command also inside there. You can activate hardware button
through menu>setting>personal>buttons Button 4 voice command

Sure because i already using this ROM, they using english version.
So far This ROM so good. Small problem with Wallpaper background at M2D not functioning but still can adjust at menu>setting. Some previous software still cannot suit with new layout because OK button not appear. I am using HButton to mapping hardware button <ok/close> but also not function. Anyone can resolve this problem?

Battery Meter
I liked the battery meter but i have polaris and i am comfortable with WM 6.1 what is the name or the plugin that shows the battery indicator in a cool way like this ???

HD2 not turning on

HI i just Task29 my htc hd2 then flash it with Leon 1.6 for tmo after it was done flashing it started booting up saying tmobile catch frace but it keep rebooting then i took out the batter . Now it doesnt turn on or charge anyone can help plz

Which Leon 1.6 did you install? Are you sure it was the right one? I know this sounds really stupid, but that ROM started for the 512mb versions of the HD2 and if you happened to install the 512 on the 1024mb version (which I assume you have since your posting in the American thread) then your best bet is to just turn in for warranty.

It looks like you installed the right one...wow...the only thing that I can say is what has already been said, charge the battery, try to get it to bootload, and pray...if that doesn't work, then send it back: warranty service is pretty quick for T-mobile (usually...lol).

well i dont know anyone with an htc hd2 so i can charge the battery but the i called tmobile and told i can do a buyers remorse since i bought it 3 days ago but since every tmo store is sold out i can get the phone.
Anyone has any idea on a way to charge htc battery

[A2:] Make sure you're typing your data correctly, specially the server name. Alot of us (including myself) have been there before.
[A3:] You may need to terminate the relationship between your phone & your PC, remove your settings from ActiveSync, hard reset, then re-establish the connection again.
[A4:] Microsoft mentioned that some errors might be due to a recent faulty entry (contact, email attachment, appointment, ... etc). So, try to sync one item only (e.g., contacts). If it worked, you need to recheck your recently-added items & eliminate the faulty one.
[A5:] This registry seemed to work with a couple of ActiveSync errors.

Installation Instructions
* Uninstall Other Customizations (Previous Theme, Keyboard, Dialpad, Taskbar, etc...).
* Disable HTC Sense.
* Remove Cache CHT, go to in "root" ==> "Application Data" ==> "HTC" ==> "ProgLauncher" and select all files for remove...

Try disable Anti-Virus, and then download, more anti-virus found customRUU.exe a virus but this is false positive...

VBN mirror for LEON ROMs has been removed per OP request

I have try now MIRROR2 "Easy share" i have download LEON LITE and decompress files without problem... NO CRC ERROR...
Have you disable Anti-Virus first download and unzip file?

Non posso dirti io se puoi installarlo sulla SD, dipende da come è stato creato il CAB, se prevede la scelta della destinazione durante l'installazione...
