Do you know how can I achieve it?

I am having the same design, just installed this Theme and Blackbars

No it is not even this.
It is that in figure with the blue bars and the softkey greys..
Is it possible to edit this with some tool, I am using a Digital look clock that I am recolouring to use as part of my theme, but I need to move it so the bottom edge of the clock is moved up the screen by about 0.5cm.
Possible ?
