I'm pretty tired of that notification that turns up when you plug the cable...
Do you know how to disable it?
Thanks!

o2 messege sent notification

is there any way to turn off the sound when i get the notification after each text message sent on o2...its getting annoying because I cant find any options to turn the sound off even when the phone is set to vibrate.
i have the same problem, and the sent message notification hack doesn't solve it.
it seems whenever you send a message the wizard makes a sound and shows your updated balance.
i'll try and figure it out, anyone any ideas? it seems to be a service thing as it happened on the magician and razr phones also.

What 'balance' do you see..... I just get the default "Message sent" popup
you should be able to disable notifications in the account settings of sms. I for one like the notification, I just would like to give them another sound or volume...

Vibrating during "txt msg sent" notification

I am trying to disable that notification since I don't want it vibrating everytime I send a text message to someone; is there ANY way to disable it? I can't find the option under "Sounds and Notifications"...

Use Registry Wizard, page one "Tweaks1" "Disable Message Sent notifications".

It's the only method I've found to stop it - by stopping it completely. I don't know the exact registry key.

This would hopefully not disable vibration on when I get a message, right? Also, is there a way to shorten the duration of the vibration?

Correct, my phone still vibrates when I receive a new message.

A way to get rid of the "connecting to" bubbles

Is there a reg setting that can keep those windows from popping up.
Everytime TOMTOM logs in for traffic it drives me nuts.

LED notification

Hi guys, I have a quick question, something I'm trying to figure out.
I downloaded the cab on the tweaks thread for the LED notification.
Before that i'd get the LED flashing green when I get a text message.
after installing the cab, no real difference? after missed call, email etc - there is no led flashing...am i missing something here. The LED flashes green when i get a text (but it did that anyway).

did you change it in Start-Settings-Sound And Totifications?
Hello - I've been looking in that menu set, but there's nothing there regarding LED notification :S just notification sounds...
In that control panel, you have to tick the option "Flash light" for each event you want the LED notification for.
It's really weird, because I can not see those options there at all.
Defo have installed that CAB as it is showing in the programs management as "Microsoft LED notification enabler".

Hi,
I got the Leo and I want to have the led notification without time limit. Now the work only for 10min.
I saw that there is setting in Sound et Notifiaction (your image), but in my phone this option (Flash light for ...) is disable.
How can I activate this option to set the notification time? Thank you
Hi,
try the attached CAB! I cabbed this yesterday to enable the led notification (unlimited blinking) for SMS, email, dismissed calls and schedule notifications. After installing the CAB you can change all setting via the notifications tab. It just enables all settings and sets some reasonable values.
Bye,
Sebastian

Same here. Is it for a Hotmail account ? I wonder if it's the reason because it is not set by default.

Not only, also for gmail and my work email ...
Uuuups, I am sorry. I have forgotten to remove the German strings from the CAB. I have attached a new CAB to this post. This enables the LEDs notification. I haven't tried this for email on the HD2, but on my Touch Diamond 2 the LED notifications for emails didn't work if I triggered a manual send/receive of emails.
Just bumping this up. The LED notification for new email *doesn't work*, and this seems like a pretty serious flaw on such a slick, expensive gizmo.

O2 notification sound problems...

Hey everyone. I have an ANNOYING problem on my HD2! Whenever I send a text or make a call, my phone brings up a little bubble/white bar on the top right of the device which shows how much credit I have left, accompanied by an annoying sound. The thing is, I want to know how to turn off this sound, and disable the notification pop-up. Whenever I play music, the sound makes my music come out of the speakers when my headphones are plugged in. It's annoying! I can't find any solution...
Thank you
BTW It only happens on my O2 sim, but it's the one I use the most lool!

Start>Settings>Sounds & Notifications >Notifications>message :send succeeded and uncheck the lists if you have any checked mate
