Title says it all, want to be able to have a particular thread show up in my RSS reader so I can keep an eye for new releases or latest news.
In firefox there is an RSS link in the URL entry area. I haven't worked out what the the address is but there is the capability to do so.

Do we need a RSS feed about getting RSS Feeds?
Yes, yes we do.
I personally just have an e-mail sent to me when you lot post messages... Saves all the hassle of RSS as outlook is open 24/7...

Is it possible to create an RSS Feed for this Forum? I would be easier to find out about the new posts....
You mean something like that? http://forum.xda-developers.com/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=313

Yes, that's what I meant! Thank You very much!

I would strongly recomend that you watch how you post. This post of yours seems oddly like advertisement. I took a look at your only other post as of this date and it looked like a simple question. Just a warning, watch what you post. There is nothing wrong with mentioning a pay product if it is what someone is looking for; however, you started this thread when no one asked and are linking to a pay product.
Read the forum rules. Advertisement, spam etc.. Can result in a ban from this site from a moderator.
Take care.
Fun Contact
I tried Fun Contact and it is ok but loads very slow and I didnt like the keyboard feature. IMO - I much prefer icontact as it is quick and simply smooth!

Hi,
I tried a search for this, but couldn't find anything, so said I would post a thread.
I have just signed up to Twitter (I know, I know... please don't slag!) What with facebook, boards, xda, linkedIn, Digg and now Twitter, I'll have no freetime to do any work...
Just wondering though if anybody with a Diamond or general WinMob has a twitter client.
After googling it, there seems to be a load for iPhone (spit) and a load more for WinMob, but I'm not sure where is the best, so if anybody here has one, could you recommend any.
Something stable, quick and hassle free.
Thanks,
DG.

I second PockeTwit. It's a very robust app, and it's under constant development with new features, updates, etc. I've stuck by it since day one.

wordpress android app is an opensource app. Go download it and have a look.
Damn i did a good follow up on this topic, what i am actually looking for is a way to make a app for my feeds only, what i was thinking about is the following:
A RSS reader, where i can customize the logo and / or splashscreen and where i can include the url of the feed that it should read. When people install it on their phone they shouldn't be able to change it.
Peter
anyone know how to get the RSS feed for our forums?
Up in the url bar there should be an rss icon (for firefox at least)
For the general thread its:

You can also subscribe via email. See the "Subscribe" option under "forum tools" in the upper right.
Xda also has an Android app which i think is quite nice for keeping up to date
i dont need a signature
