Hardspl Project Donations

Someone should setup like a paypal account for donations and get people to donate for it.
Maybe that would entice a modder to HardSPL and cid unlock the imagio, and when that happens we can pass on the donations to him.
I have a paypal account but as I am a new member here I'm sure people would be less willing to trust me and donate the money. I will, however, donate money for this.
Anyone up for doing this?

Well some of our developers are too modest and wish not to receive donations for phones etc. But I know the developers of cm7alpha Team, gridlock32404 are building for many different devices and putting out more builds than anyone can expect and making good progress. Now I know that gridlock32404 has already turned down one offer for a MT4G, and I thought I was going to have a extra one but that did not work out either. He is a very modest an humble developer and did not even want to except one from me for free. He wanted to give me another device in return which I would not have taken anyway.
He really likes the MT4G and would love to use it as his development device. But he has said he can get other developers to do the work on the MT4G stuff that he can't do. Well I say we just get him one and let him do all the work and testing on his own device.
I will contribute a big chunk of the first part with $150.00.

Thanks to all who Donated. It seems Sykopompos has fell on some hard times and is going to sell his MT4G instead of the tablet he got right after getting his MT4G. I can see why as the MT4G will bring the most money. I feel a little awkward about this and I will keep my own feelings about this to myself.
I will tell you I will never do this ever again, not for anyone. I just don't like the feeling of where this ended up.
In the end I wish Sykopompos the best and I hope he finds a job and everything works out for him.

Selfishly, I cant deal with any more complaints about the AOSP camera not working for the M9 or stupid posts cluttering the Cyanognemod 12.1 dev thread. So...Ive decided to start a bounty thread for development of a functional camera for our beloved M9 for AOSP/CM12.1 ROMS.
I am looking for all features functioning as they do with stock sense, including:
The ability to take and save pictures with rear and front facing cameras
The ability to take and save videos with rear and front facing cameras
The ability to also port and use the Sense camera with this driver hack on AOSP ROMs

Well as I heard it's not a walk in the park to be honest so better be worth it. @bacon612 are you a CM maintainer or can you get in touch with CM team? if this is spread outside the HTC forum I bet we'll get a lot more of devs working on it

Off topic, If there is such a pledge problem as people backing out, why is the pledge not taken by a neutral middle man(approved moderator etc) before any fix is released, if the fix does not work, the list is still there to return exact amount back to the pledging parties.

I made this Thread for all the Z5 series ownerss who would like to have his device rooted without loosing the DRM-functions like miracast, noise cancelling and the low-light photo enhancing quality algorithms.

Obtaining root access in order to be able to backup the TA partition.
Requirements
In order to claim this bounty, you will need to fulfill each and every one of this points:

Be the first person to create or find a method to obtain root access in any software release (maybe an old release with stagefright leaks can be used) on any device from the Z5 series, without neither unlocking the bootloader nor compromising (or affecting) the TA partition in any way that could prevent a correct and successful backup of it.

May I ask why does it has to be the latest software release? I believe Xperia phones are downgradable, correct me if I'm wrong.
The Z3 root bounty was successful and achieved by downgrading to the earliest version which had an exploit. It's likely that stagefreight 2.0 will be needed in conjunction with a future exploit.
