Selling Hermes 2 days old - 8525, TyTN, MDA Vario II, JasJam General

its on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=120222673408&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=002

why are u selling a 2 day old hermes?

this is probly going to sound stupid but... i want an iphone. this phone was actually just replaced by AT&T 2 days ago and i want to try and sell it new

Your gonna sit on it a long time at that price. It is outdated to those not in the 'know'. Also I can buy them 'slightly' used for $200 on ebay or craigslist all day long. Maybe someone will appreciate it has never been used, But brand new ones on ebay already for buy it now at 299-350....

lol... $450, good luck. I just bought a slightly used one on here (looked and worked like new, virtually no scratches) for $180.... But it will get a bid in the $250 range.

I still cant get over how i got mine - my friend had just got an iphone and didnt want his mint 8525 anymore, so i snagged it for $75. steal!

Sold my G1, too cheap??

Just sold my G1! I posted a craigslist ad last night around midnight, went to bed, and got two emails and two calls before 10am
It looked almost brand new because of the Ghost Armor I had on it. I also got a replacement Ghost Armor and gave them that too. $160 in all. Too cheap?? Man, that sold quick. How much have you guys sold yours for? I admit mine was almost perfect condition though, with the original box, accessories, and Ghost Armor.
Prob a little too cheap, but I wouldn't sweat it too much. You're not going to get much more than the subsidized price because a lot of people have no problem going in contract still and for some reason they'd rather pay their carrier more over time, then someone else.
I sold mine for $170 with a charger,usb cable, pouch....no case
makes me feel good about buying mine on craigslist over a year ago for $175
250 on ebay.
Had a white battery case and keyboard replaced to black.
CL wasnt getting more than 150 offers.
$185 on ebay with all accessories and the back cover started to loose paint where it scrapped on the slider.
Wow, all of you guys sold for more. Well, definitely on the low end, but I'm still pretty satisfied for having sold THAT fast and 0 hassle.
11 hours from putting up the ad to sold , and most of that time was sleeping
I sold mine for $212 on ebay. I had an extra battery with my 8 gb microsdhc card.
I sold my MT3G like new with everything originally included in the box on ebay for just over 300$
Sold mine for £165 then sold my HTC Hero for £265...
If you look after them it's cheaper to upgrade!
just sold my perfect condition black G1 for $160 on craigslist today. Sure I could have probably gotten 10-15 bucks more. But I sold it to a nice lady in less than 24 and didn't have to go far out of my way. Thats worth a good $10 to me.
sold my ADP1 with hero on it for 200
IMO you did well. "I" would not have paid more than $50 for a G1, but thats me.

Same here.
Luckily, the guy who bought mine didn't recognize my Nexus One...
I was thinking about selling my G1 for ~$200, it comes with two OEM batteries, a dock with spare battery charging slot, a 3.5mm headphone adapter, usb cable, 8gb sd, yada-yada (everything that came in the box with it). So, I think your price was about right.
lolol i sold my G1 to a good friend for a pack of cigarettes..
sold mine on craigslist for $130 in less than 3 hours. 8gb sdcard, 1600mAh, screen protector, all accessories, almost brand new no scratches.
I sold my year old G1 on CL in the original box, with all the accessories, and a usb/headphones splitter and 16GB class 2 SD for $200.
I sold my 2 used g1s with no charger, no microSD card, no accessories period for $225 each on craigslist. sold within 2 hours
Sold mine for 185 on ebay, bought nexus one for just over 210 after taxes. Not a bad trade off

What a good price to sell evo for?

Just wondering how much do you think a 2 month mint EVO phone should sell for ? Rooted about 130 calls made on it . 0004 hardware mint shape two chargers two 8 gig SD cards a defender case and holster new looking no dents nicks. With a trident kraken case and holster .?
The phone has been mint shape not a refurbished unit new . Rooted and up to date on everything for it.
No more than 250 max, try Craigslist. If you can get more than 250 for it kudos..........
I sold mine on CL about 2 months ago.
Left it rooted, 16GB card, hi cap battery and door. HW0003 and near mint condition. I got 250 for it.
I also met the guy at subway and we did the ESN swap online. Then i helped him program it.
I've seen Evo's with bad ESN's still go for about $200, so probably $250-$300.

Lol yeah I bet people jump on those *sarcasm*. Evos priced higher than 250 will sit there. People don't buy based on full retail they buy based on upgrade prices.....a new evo in box never been opened should sell for 275-300 Max. I see nexus s 4G's brand new right now for 340-360.

Note for £395/$605!

Just found this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330673087472
3 new Galaxy Notes for sale for £395. I've bought one. Been waiting for a great price like this. Fingers crossed all is good when it arrives!
Its not new, there is no box, just the phone and charger so probably returned or refurbished even though says new.wonder what's the warranty situation for these phones bought from Ebay. price looks fine though. Tempted myself to get one for my wife but probably worth the extra forty quid to get from Amazon.de

Well, they've wrote "this is the samsung galaxy note n7000 new". It's completely against the rules to be deceitful about things like that, and doing so can warrant a full refund and negative feedback. Neither of which an ebayer ever wants. I'll let you know how it all looks when it arrives.
The price on amazon.de is fluctuating a lot due to shortage of stock, so you need patience to get a nice price.
I found this store on ebay (http://www.getgoods.de/mobilfunk/samsung/441391/samsung-galaxy-note-n7000?c=156) and it's selling the Note at 499 euros.

I've been waiting for weeks, trust me I've been patient
When I started looking they were about £470, they dropped as low as £430 at one point, which I almost went for.
Patience is the key. Early adopters are the heroes. We get a chance to sit back and watch the bugs ironed out.The development processes mature and the prices drop. Waited a few months to jump on the SGS II and recently bought my wife one which was less than $400 used with a pile of accessories. If I have can hold out till April or May it should prime for all the advantages of waiting.
In the mean time the SGS II is the same device only smaller.
I have my eye on this:
http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B006T2KTEU/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&s=ce-de&psc=1
White Note!! Finally!!
Amazon.de have run out of the black ones though... 60-70 Euro price difference... I will wait till the black and white are priced roughly the same before buying it.

I wish to get a Galaxy s2, i much prefer it to the Note still, not dissing the note, great kit, just lil too big for me.
How much does an unlocked note sell for second hand in mint condition, anyone got any ideas, im in the uk, ive googled it and ive seen prices of like £300, but i find that hard to believe as the phone is £599 in the shop still where i got it from, so im concerned that some of those online prices me be for copies or variants, i know the S2 had copies knocking about for a while.
Any advice appreciated.

I bought a 2nd hand note for my wife for £370, my mate bought a 2nd hand one for the same price off ebay. I've even found it for sale for just £354 plus £10 postage..I bought my tablet off these guys so its legit.
So about £350-380 would seem to be the going rate for selling it as used.

£599??!! You got ripped off, I got mine brand new for £430 a month ago.
Daaaaayum
Daaaaaaaaaaaaayum WTF the only £370 BNIB Unlocked on Ebay, im selling my GS2 to buy one
I would say 300 2nd hand is about right. I just picked one up on contract for a total contract cost of 370 (so that includes 200 mins/unlimited text/100mb data). I reckon within a month or 2 the resale value will be 200-250.
Mobiles just dont hold their value as well any more imo. Example would be my LG Optimus 2x I paid 480 or something new April last year, by November/December you could pick them up new for 200 new, now I'd be lucky to get a 100 2nd hand for it. After that it put me off ever buying another device within the first 6 months of its life cycle.

got a quote off CEX today, £330 in its mint condition, so ill be listing it around that, i guess online you can get anything cheap if you look hard enough, id like to know if all these foreign cheapo Notes are actually N7000`s or if they are actually the variant.
If i wanted a HTC One, yer i can get it cheap online, but it aint the HTC ONE X, its a different cheaper model.
Checked again today, all highstreet re-sellers have the Note listed at £500+.

Finding It Impossible to Sell Axon 7 on Used Market, Despite Mint Condition

I've had my Axon 7 advertised on various websites for over 4 months. Originally I started with an asking price of £210 GBP here in the UK, but I quickly dropped this down to £185 to gain interest. The phone is in mint condition as I only used it for about 5-6 months before switching back to my old phone. I have made a good listing with high quality pictures and a detailed write-up. Yet, despite the phone's almost brand-new condition and what I consider a perfectly reasonable asking price, I can't shift this thing at all. In fact, I have barely had any messages other than a couple of completely insulting offers, for £50 lower than advertised.
I think this is a result of ZTE's reputation being so badly damaged this year. It was all over news websites back in April that ZTE devices were a 'risk to security' and the UK government advised against buying them. Now it seems I will be stuck with this phone forever unless I'm prepared to make a considerable loss on it.
Swappa in the US has them listed around $175-$200USD for near mint and they go within a matter of days. £185 is around $244USD. The one's I've seen for less than $225USD go pretty quickly. Try lowering your price and you'll sell
I brought mint condition phone for 180$ 5 months before

Damn. I paid just under £240 for this phone when I bought it from AliExpress last year. Unfortunately there was a price-drop on the Axon 7 around 1-2 months afterwards and so I think it lost a lot of value then.
The reason I priced mine at £185 was because I had seen them selling on eBay for over £200 in worse condition than mine. But I've just checked again at the 'recently sold' items and now they're going for £150-£170, so it seems the value dropped further from when I last looked up the prices.
Seems I have no option but to reduce the price a little further. It sucks because I only used the phone for 5 months and the condition is mint since it was kept in a case at all times. I had someone offer me £185 about 4 months ago so I wish I'd taken it while I had the chance!

You could get a brand new Axon 7 for ~$270 half a year ago. plus yeah, not many people would want an used axon 7 lol - at least in my country most buy used S7Edge's or buy budget samsungs like the J7
Personally I broke mine (mobo, but many other things were broken too) so I decided to buy an used axon. I paid $200 for a pretty dinged-up one (don't care)

That is the problem, the Axon 7 is nowhere near as popular as most other phones on the used market, especially here in the UK where it's only possible to buy the Mini version of the Axon 7. There can be some confusion between the two variants. Like you said, most folks buying used would look at Samsung or obviously Apple.
You sound a lot cooler than me about buying a phone with damage to it. I wouldn't look at a second-hand phone unless it was almost immaculate. But luckily mine is free from all scratches!

I bought my brand new A2017G for just £200 10 months ago, unlikely it will be worth more than £120 now. It is a 2 years plus model after all.

Dude it's worth more than that, lol. I checked and they're selling on eBay between £140 and £175 depending on condition and the quality of the listing. The absolute cheapest one I found in decent condition was a little over £130.
I'm going to try re-advertising it on eBay and see what happens, clearly my starting price of £185 was far too high based on today's values.
Axon 7 here in Australia was $699 Aussie dollars a little over a year ago, I bought mine brand new for $350 AU dollars.
Damn, do we get ripped?
