Does the backlight button work with this release ? In the other version your device will freeze at bootup....anyone tested already ?

Could not wait Just installed, no problems on my device (Artemis) and Backlight-button. Looks cool.
What i don't like: in the GUI-Config you can only add apps from the Programs-directory (for example: when you want to add solitaire (which is stored in "Games"), you need to move the shortcut into the Programs-Folder....or you need to add the registry-key in HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCPlus\Shortcuts manually....or am i wrong ?
But in the end.... i think i stay with HTC Home....

It's interenting that you had no problems. I also installed on my Artemis with official HTC Asia WM6 rom and yes, it works until you switch off the device. Than you can never switch it on again, only by soft reset with stylus!
So I uninstalled the prog quickly...
Otherwise it would be nice to have it on Today screen, so if someone could construct a bug-free cab from the extracted files I would really welcome it!

The "other" Version (as petervbeck says) in the Hermes Forum doesn't work on the Touch.

when you select battery status in Customization and you tab on the symbol you go to wifi settings and backlight is not working

I'm using Tom's 4.1 full and as i said, no problems. But in fact- i like HTC Home more, but that's my opinion.... on my device i had no problem with hanging boots or something similar, i tested all the buttons....but not for a long time...then i switched back to HTC home...that's my expirience with Plus..

Today I posted an updated version that should help some people who had problems with it.
This tool was non-functional when I found it. I had to dissassemble the dlls to find out why the utility would not work (missing HTCImgCodec.dll).

I just installed your cab on my mogul. It works great. But I decide to keep using HTC Home.

Is the "aplication launching pad" of HTC plus finger-scrollable, or the only way to scroll is by tapping on the arrow?

how do you remove HTC plus!? I like it but it freezes my PPC6700 sometimes. I don't use it but I cannot remove it from the today settings menu. Thanks
I do not know if this plugin supports VGA. If you have a VGA device, try it out and let us know.

I'm quite new here. I'm reading the forum for one week and succeeded to flash my S200. Now I'm interested in other programs. As I see roms come with some installed programs but you can download cab files and install it separately. The only problem is that I cant find descriptions for this programs, so I don’t know what they exactly do. I spent one hour for cube and touchflo to got some idea.... Is there any post or page where this programs are explained?

here's some quick reference for you..
this Cube things originally from HTC Touch and also with the Flo which you can scroll down or up smoothly your screen with fingers..
our best cooks edit it so this programs can be use in our Prophet..same also with latest great program from others HTC devices..
usually the latest new release roms here have the newest programs..so dont worry about it,we have the best cooks with us here
but if you need extra programs inside your device, just google around..
for me,if i need other great programs, search into torrents, check out the PPC magazine etc..

hey guys need your help.
well when i align my screen at the beginning of a fresh flash ... it aligns properly but when it comes to the main screen i can press the START ....
i tried to align the screen a little below the arrow and then i am able to press the START but then everything gets out of alignment.
can some1 help me out here

Look i had this issue when i install aserg htc touchflo in devices OS without touch scrolling and so bad... the alignment dont works in a couple of days... so tell us whta do you have installed... the htc x button does it too or the htc taskmanager too... so tell us the os too.... we need all the info you can give us... and... if its nothing of it installed so try to search a fix cab i dont remember where it is.... maybe in an old rom thread.... maybe from TNT or another developer.

Hi. I am brand new to this site and have been reading for 3 hrs now. i have found a lot but still unsure how to solve my issue and get the right software.
i am hoping an experienced member can help me quickly.
I have a TYTN II and would like to get Touch Flo 2 (Manilla) on it. Thus I have 3 questions:
1. I want to upgrade to WM 6.1. Do I do that upgrade first via the HTC web site? Or does the manila upgrade include WM 6.1?
2. Does the installation of manilla include the OS or it is just as simple as installing a program?
3. Can u please point me in the direction of the latest stable version of Manila for the TYTN II without any fancy skins. I want the original skin.
4. And finally, i have an older MDA running WM5. Will manila work on it? Or is this asking too much?

1. You'll have to get it through the official HTC site.
2. Manilla is a 'skin' that sits on top of wm6.1, refer to the various threads for install instructions.
3. Currently release 19b, but be aware its no where near 'complete' - it functions but no way i could use it daily on my TyTnII.
4. Maybe. Probably not. Try it and let us know.

yes it works with TYTN II (also called kaiser) actualy it works 100% with some of the cooked roms you find in the Kaiser forum. and it's perfectly capable of day to day use. if release 19b is not usefull for day to day use then go for a cooked rom because all of them are perfect for day to day use.

Hi dear forum members.
I have been gone from the forum a while, and it seems that I have missed alot, have tried to read alot and it seems that there is a new manila from a new device or something, and its called manila 2 "landscape"
Where can I find that cab? and whats new in it?
And about WM 6.5 is it out yet? I read that itje (the man!) is currently using it or developing, did not understand really.
Any kind soul want to share some light on all this stuff.

Whats new... hm... actually the landscape mode and some improvements like built-in calender, contact editor and some things like time editing have been integrated... I´m talking about tf3d2 in the touch-it 4.0 ROM. So i dont know exactly if all stuff i have is include in the .cab.
