Well, now that I have my rounded bars, nothing much has changed for me. So I decided to try and start a 'before and after' thread, instead of the typical 'post your today screen' stuff. Heres mine (spot the difference)

wish next rom update from mun_rus or other dev will have these files built in to save storage space

Maybe I'm missing something, but how do you use these .tsk files (from pocketpcthemes.com) when the appearance tab wants you to browse for picture files... Not as simple as just renaming the file.

if you put them into the windows folder on your device then you will be able to select them from the themes list in settings!

Does these themes work on the HTC Universal? The last time I tried themes from a different site they weren't displaying correctly. Is there a specific file I have to download for the Universal (EXEC)?
What happens when I rotate the screen? Does the picture rotate too or does it adjust automatically?

BTW as you all know that the top and bottom bar colour problem still exist for WM5 sorry I have yet to have any solution for that too.

i am looking to create the matrix theme like i had on my blue angel but struggling with the toolbar colours as is everyone else and the come out totally different and spoil the picture!

I use corel draw and photoshop to do editting of the picture before I use it on mcdeb thememaker.

For the new version of pocket cm (o.18) i changed my following themes. You only have to copy the zip-file into program folder of pocket cm. Now you can use them also in this version.The whole wm 6-themes you can find in the links my signature and in the thread there.
Edit: I forgot Vista Steel in the DL, now it´s online.

The skin must only be copied into program folder of pocket cm as a zip file. In pocket cm you can choose it in the settings. Previews: Link in my signature, there are previews of all my themes incl. pocket cm.
Neo XL....You are the MAN!!!! I have been looking for themes with background PICS since the .17 CAB came out, all people seem to make since are colors. I like the look of pictures in the backgrounds (plus, (I hope you don't mind) I can backwards engineer my own theme when I have something like this to work with!!!!!

Try to edit the contact and copy the home number to the mobile phone entry.
And: I don´t know how to program... i used the new touch theme pics and edited them.

However, when I open the contact details, the contact list is still shown in the background (looks kind of messed up). Is this just one mine (Asus P525)?

I tried it on my prophet and the functions were all okay. Over 1000 users downloaded the themes...don´t know, if there were problems like this before. What´s the version of your pocket cm? Which theme of them do you use? Notice: They are qvga-themes.
Now the Paris-Theme is also online.
I tried them (except the new paris theme) with v1.8 and all had the same problem... Is this maybe a configuration issue with pocketCM?
My friends have other ppc´s...mda compact II, trinity, and all functions are well....don´t know, why you have these problems, sorry.

At this time i have hard to work in my job, so i can´t work on themes. But i hope, in the next month there will be time for a new one. Every theme takes one or two days, because i always skin wm6, pocket cm,sometimes mort player and phone in one way.
My favourite is the vista black glass skin, but i change often between the skins.

there is wisbar advance desktop (WAD for short) which can do some wondrous things and it is completely customizable and skinable:

takes a bit to get used to, but you basically lets you create today screens and add what you want to them, including other today plugins and counters, text , images etc...sorry, not the best description. Have a look at the forum on the site to see what people are using it for.

I'm really digging on the the tried and true cLaunch lately. As I'm limited to a 240x240 screen, there are only a few viable options for the limited real estate and cLaunch is working nicely as an app launcher. In conjunction with Quickmenu, I manage my device and access my apps with minimal keying.

X2 for cLaunch. Simple, clean, multiple pages, custom icons (.bmp, exe, or dll) you can even change the size of the icons you want to make it more finger friendly. I set mine to 32 pixels, and took off all the borders and tabs. You can use lnk shortcuts.
I think OP 's original request was for something that is tabbed AS WELL as be able to include other today plugins as tab.
can cLaunch or ultimate do that?
I know SPB Pocket Plus can but there are some plugins it can't incorporate which I wish it could like the WM6 calendar and task plugins.

I use Manila2D now (with built-in weather tab), but earlier I used WeatherPanel with the TouchFlo animations from the dev-forum.

now i really like my phone.. cant believe what u guys can all do with it...
anyways since i like WM 6.5 i dont really need TF3D .. i tried 2 install the cab but doesnt work...
aaanyways.. what i would like 2 have is a weather panel in tf3d design?

Hello.. I'm using Itje's ROM... its really cool...i think its prty fast and good 4 everyday use.. i havent discovered any bugs..

Seems the TF3D weather panel can't to spilt out separate and it's should only can used when installed the TF3D CAB. I'm sorry since i'm just a beginner in WM.
For the WM6.5, do you have the URL that i can get it and try then?

ill up load it later to edit chome you need to open chome_240x320.cpr with notepad on you pc youll find chome_240x320.cpr in your windows folder in your phone
i had managed a lot to get the slim sliding panels on my oxy but i lost myself in those CPR... ^^
