Yes it is. it either works with the ruu update or a os flashing tool. you can fin those tools as a download here at xda developers!

Forget WM 5 and 6 they are slow anyway, if you want to update try running pointui, read about it at http://www.pointui.com/Home.aspx download at http://forums.pointui.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=858

First,check which version is your phone,is it G3 or G4,coz methods for upgrading to wm6.1 are different for both devices. Read the guide and instructions in the link below for complete guidance and understand the methods for unlocking and upgrading.When you are fully confident and completely understood the procedure,upgrade the your phone according to the DOC chip version of your phone.

Secondly,all the custom build wm6 or wm6.1 roms here are in English (WWE),if you want an Arabic version,for that you'll have to search yourself,maybe someone might have translated it to Arabic or check out this website,it might be of some help for you :-

Yes it can be upgrade to wm6.1
The first post have the guide and the files to make this posible, just download and install the files for Feeler (qtek8020,imate sp3i, o2xphone II)
Qtek 8020 is the same model as SP3i or O2 Xphone II or Feeler.. read this post:
