Hi, I have a problem.
The battry from my prophet is staying at 0 percent, it's not empty because it can boot up into WM and when in booted up it shuts off immediately.
When I use AC power it all works fine, but battery level stays 0%
Is my battery broken or my prophet?

maybe the battery? how long have u had the phone/battery? try changing the battery, u can get 1 from the site in my sig.

Why do you want to change it if you never lose charge
i have the same problem with my P525. It keeps showing 92%.

I got the same problem before, it's not a disfunction of your PDA Phone, it's the battery problem.
Buy the new one's and your battery indicator will work normally.

i have a little problem my s200 turns off at 30% battery without warning... always at 30%, tried the battery in other gsm and it worked till 0%..
im on WM5 original, but i upgraded to WM6 and the same problem... now im back on WM5 with same problem again.. tried some battery apps like batti to change the shutdown % but no luck..
help!

Same problem with my qtek s200, WM 6.1 Korand WWE 3.1
I used to have the same problem...after getting a new battery, things seem to work fine....I think it's the battery's aging...after using and recharging for many cycles..after a few years...
S200 is 6 months old, and it starterd to do this afer installing WM 6.1..

Mine will also turn off @ 30%. But, it only does this when you use the WiFi.
I had problems with charging my M600. It would also turn of, even when being charged, but not at 30%. It would normally charge to 100% and then turn of and only show the red light....
Looking for sollution, I overlooked the fact that the SDCard was still in it. So I took the SDCard out and now my M600 is working again.

Try changing or re calibrating the battery.

Charge the battery overnight with the supplied poweradapter, not with the USB cable
Drain the battery without SD-card, powersaving off and backlight on full
At some level, the device will turn off. Switch it on and go to the bootloader and drain the battery until it's really empty
Charge the battery again with the supplied poweradapter
Hello! I am in a need of a little help. I bought recently a 1800mah battery since my original 1620mah battery was dead. Shutted down whenever it reached 30%. Now the new battery works like a charm, I can use my PDA for much more hours than before. Except for one thing. The power status displays always 100% until the PDA shuts down for not having any charge left. Is there any kind of fix for this? already did 3 complete cycles of charging and discharging. Any help please?

Finaly I installed Windows mobile 6.1 on my magician, but seemd there is problem. Before I installed it there was orginal wm 2003se. And when battery drain until 9% monitor stop showing, light stops and I need to turn on again. When Battery drained until 30% I can't turn on GPRS because again it turn off. Now when I finaly installed wm 6.1 (When I connected to PC to sync it charged, but when I installing it stop charging and I do that not one time, because I get error 120) magican stop working when battery drained until 20%. So, I want to ask: is there problem with windows or with battery? and if battery can i buy new one or there isn't anymore? That battery is rather old

Hi guys i recently bought a spare battery with a stand alone charger for it when battery is charged i can use battery from 100% to 0% as long as the phone is in use but if the screen goes off and phone goes into stand-by mode the phone just powers down next time i got to use it its switched off and i need to turn it on ?
When using my original battery everything is fine have i got a duff battery or is there some way to fix this problem
The battery just doesn't seem to know its in stand-by
