Japod third party 1500mAh "actual rated" battery test results - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III Accessories

Despite the fact that it only delivers 6% instead of 10% by calculation, it still seems to be a good alternative to the original battery.
In contrast to the Seidio 1600mAh (which is 18% more by calculation), the good news is the battery is sold at half the price on eBay (under US$20 delivered).

Anyone has tried it yourself by far? It looks all right since it's got proper SPB benchmark results, and its price too!

The two batteries were brought to test by Bantam's battery analyzers (sort of like this: http://www.bantamtek.com/products/Checkmaster.htm
And here are the results comparing to each other. Firstly the original TyTN II battery at 1350mAh:

Battery Information ( mah ) ???

Hello, is there an app which you can see the battery mah? I bought a 1600mAh battery. want to see whether it really has 1600mAh
Thank you
Try market, there are many different widgets and programs.
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
not yet found with ``mah``
Ok, try then on market search System Monitor.
web link for System Monitor
AFAIK there is no way to check real battery capacity (mAh). You can only check current draw (mA) via software.
Strange.
Charge your battery FULL.
Install recommended software.
And look this page on your phone:

[Hardware] JXD S18 Mini Pad + Battery mod HTC One X [Modification]

I was so tired of this **** battery, i took the time meanwhile to do my modification that i had in my mind for so long..
Original battery was about the same in size and capacity as a BL-C4(nokia 6310 battery).
Now it has a HTC One X (3.7VDC 1800mAh 6.66Whr) battery in it.
Here is it:

}
Lets dent it a bit so it fits (carefully of course)
Works perfectly fits like if its the oem battery
Nice :good:
HOWEVER, i do not recommend you to do the same. As its not so good for a lipo battery to be dent as much as i did, and im not sure if this will be safe. So keep in mind if you do the same, its your own responsibility.

Fake battery?

The right is the original. Is the one to the left fake? Speaking of the original, is it still safe to use?

Nothing on the left battery leads me to think it is fake, it just looks like a later production run than the one on the right.
I would think it's safe to use... I would put it in mine without hesitation.
I think it depends on the price you paid.. The original battery still seems to cost more than 20 euros... So everything above 30 I would consider a real one.
The fake batteries match the original one closely these days... Still their capacity is less. You might find out by using some battery tools that deteine the capacity or measure yourself if you can.

[Q] Is my new battery original?

Hello. I've bought new battery for my Galaxy S4 (i9505 ). However I'm afraid that my new battery may be fake. I attach photos of my old (on the left) and new batteries:

}
New battery doesn't have NOM and NYCE logos, font of serial number and battery model is different (and they are not in straight line), QR code is smaller. However, weight of both batteries is the same (44 grams), their shape is identical.
Is that fake or just newer Samsung batteries look different?
Original on the left - bought phone on release day
Replacement on right - box is dated 26/11/14 but battery says different
Packaging
Your replacement battery looks simmilar to original one, so do you think my is fake?
//Sorry, unnecessary post.
I've just checked and NFC is fully working. Maybe this battery is orignal, or at least really good fake.

How's the Screen on Time on your Moto G7?

Speaking of battery life, how is it compared to Moto X Style/Pure?

I'm getting around 5-6 hours SOT, bought yesterday

Excellent. I guess I'm talking more about general battery life but I usually have my screen at least mid level. And I stream Pandora to Bluetooth. Video streaming is good too. I think the moto g4 (my last phone) has the 3000mAh battery too but this phone lasts way better. And it's easy to get to if it needs replacing.
