Added version to about screen. Also fixed the A2DP fix to change maxsupportedbitpool also. Lastly added 3 time formats to choose from.

Fixes the last digit of the short date tag on the taskbar from falling off and allows you to create your own format if desired. If you don't find the date is all fitting, add another space to the end of the date textbox!

Could you paste the first like 2-3 lines of the error details here?

Put up one more update to fix the a2dp stuff for our newer kernels that usejointstereo works properly on!

I tried the 1.7 and it seems to have fixed it. Or I haven't seen it since, and I've saved/reset with it a few times now.

Had a issue after installing this application as to when I opened a messageing (inbox, outbox, or any other) the window automatically opened to the bottom of the message, meaning I had to use slider or up buttom to scroll to the top of the message to read.
There were two other issue which I'm not sure were relating to this App, just so happens that they appeared after the app was installed, but gone when removed.

Jumping to the bottom of your mails is a sideeffect of the hack to enable scrolling in iexplore...Nothing you can do besides disable navigating with d-pad...

Installed, looks pretty cool. No bugs/errors so far.

Hi
I have the same problem. I did a hard reset but it wasn't completely resolved. Just that now it went up to the beginning of the message but not the top of the message.
Can't remember whether this happened after I installed the HTCustom.. But is there anyway to check whether any of the registry was amended and how to amend it back? Would hard reset actually reverse the effect of installing the HTCustom?

Ah OK, I did use the Nav with the D-Pad feature". I re-install it and see how goes..............

Could you please fix HTCustom so that it saves (or re-reads) the last status of "Short Date Format" in the UI tab? Being on this side of the pond, we have the date in the correct format (dd/MM/yy) - unlike you guys! (joke!) ...But every time I go into the app. to change something else I have to remember to "fix" the date format as you always default back to the dodgy way round! Tar very much!
PS. Scrolling the page up when the keyboard pops up while changing the aforementioned setting is definitely overkill and not necessary... but it *would* be nice - only if you're feeling flush, like!!!

One of the things that bug’s me with the scroll wheel and nav buttons is the amount of scrolling that happens each press/scroll.
I want to be able to scroll up and down the page in IE and email (not to and from hyperlinks) with the scroll wheel. Currently it jumps a screen at a time. Can the scroll wheel be set to smooth scroll, the same way you can with a desktop pc mouse (a few lines at a time).
This would be a good addition to this app (haven't used it yet, but haven't read that it can do it).

pro:
- nice interface good scrolling e clear view
- nice the real clock with second even if it could be not so readable in day light (in the "action" menù it should be visible a digital clock or a more readable analogic clock)
con/desiderata:
- too many icon to scroll (all the apps and the settings) may be better if you can minimize the program and the setting list in vertical folders.
- nice interface it would be great if with a 2.0 release, dial, contact and messaging are integrated.
- with trinity and lasagna WM6 3.05 some problem with activesync, dunno if the same with other device/OS.
- does'nt display battery charging and sincronizing
- lack of usefull shortcut (music player, weather, or favorites call number)
- some problem with lanscaper/portrait switching
- no theme selection capabilities
- it could be great if you can choose from vertical or orizzontal kind of scrolling apps and setting (imo the orizzontal scrolling (like a book way) its quite bit more natural)
- check the sms/email/mms behaviour of the interface when system is Locked; When receive an sms or a mail the screen, should be locked even with the notify displayed if you want to interact you should unlock screen.

This is Quality Application! Makes my Touch look more like a mobile... kewl...

I agree with Dodba : this software needs a GUI messaging and calls.

This is a nice app I like the look of it. This is a trial version though a license cost 19.95.

Has anyone tried to Skin this?
I've located the skin files on the install directory, but had no success.
They are .bmp but I can't seem to open them or edit.

I think this is a great start and hopefully it continues to see updates because right now it works well, but a little more customization and organization would be nice. Having just every single program and setting link roped into one giant long page that takes 3 minutes to scroll down just isn't for me right now. I imagine if a version 2 is released that addresses the ability to organize it better i'd be all over that for 19.99

Also a weather app would be nice!. not sure wether there is one or not but a slide to lock as well as unlock would be great! another thing that would be nice is a bounce back back to the top of the screen after a predefined time five seconds perhaps?
ouch! slows down horribly when running htc audio manager in the background! thats on my vario 2 with four programs in total running (including phone which it wont turn off!?) and with 8 meg of program memory spare and 11meg of storage mem on the phone.

Just have to edit shell.bmp in photoshop (the other bmp file is for the about page) and save it in the same format. fushia color is for the transparency.
Only one default when changing backround to white to grey (for example) there is no icon transparency It's so ugly...

I like it, but the lock feature isnt very usefull. When device is put to sleep with the powerbutton... screen is off

This is really cool. The description in the first post didn't say too much what it is about. I thought I would give it a try. It really does rotate the screen when you rotate the phone - in any program. Fantastic.

Please read the readme.txt and you will find the answers.
You can add shortcut in startup.
To exclude app use #window parameter.
To rotate TF3D home screen make no sense, because it is designed for portrait mode.

i wouldnt mind, but actually what i thought was wrong.
i wanted to exclude commmanager, dialer screen and the screen you get when someone is calling you.
so i tried with:
#window(commanager) #window(cprog)
that didnt work, so any help would be appreciated...

This problem has nothing to do with our tool.
If you have this kind of problem, you will have it by using another rotation (manually) tool too.

i dont understand the readme how to make a working shortcut and not ask to unload...can someone please make a version i can copy and paste to...?
and it would also be nice if this worked in touchflo 3d.

I really like this one as mentioned before...
Onlt the rotation comes with a lag. It just take 2 or 3 seconds the rotate the screen. Is there any possibility this can be done faster or is this just antoher wm thing?

Nice start - but it doesn't actually 'hide' when you select Hide. It just appears as an icon in the tray, taking up valuable today screen space. Can you give me an option to not display an icon?

When I saw version 1.2 (with vibrating), I tested it right away.
Install is quick and the vibrating option was allready at "1" and working with a phonecall
Tested on ASUS P535 : WM6 with CF 2.0.7045.0
Just a little thing : is it possible to do something with the RAM usage ???

Hi everyone! I'd like to introduce my theme, Eighty-Eight Cuts. I was inspired by drmidnight's Cityscape theme for rlToday, but I wanted something with a little more functionality. It works really well for me and I hope you enjoy it too.
INSTALL:
First, download and install ThrottleLauncher 0.9.7 from http://www.throttlelauncher.com/downloads/files/ThrottleLauncher0.9.7.CAB. Then just copy "88cuts2.0.cab", attached below, to your device and double-tap on it to install.
SETUP:
1. Go to the Start Menu > Settings > Today. Select the "ClassicBlack" theme, and tap on the top-right "X" to close.
2. Next, tap on the Start Menu > Programs > Pictures & Video. Use the dropdown menu in the upper left to choose "My Pictures". You'll see the file "88cuts_bg_320.png". Select it, select "Menu", then "Set as Today Background...", and set the transparency level at zero percent. Tap the top-right "OK". Close Pictures & Video.
3. Finally, go to Start Menu > Programs > ThrottleConfig. In the upper-left dropdown menu, select 88Cuts if it isn't selected already. Press the upper-right "Config" button, then go to the "Inbox" tab.
Scroll down to the section directly below "Voicemail action" that says "--- Parameters". Enter your voicemail number here. (Ex: "+18575551234", without the quotes.) Then go down to the "--- Parameters" section under ""Mail Action", and enter your email account name between the quotes. It should read:

This is case sensitive, or in other words, the capitalization needs to be exact. My email account is named "GMail" - so if I enter "gMail" or "Gmail", it won't work. So mine looks like this:

5. That's it! Enjoy TL and Eighty-Eight Cuts.
HOW TO USE:
Eighty-Eight Cuts has two screens, divided into four horizontal areas. Swipe your finger up or down to switch between screen one and screen two. Swipe your finger left or right on each horizontal area to see the different panels and controls built into the theme.

Thanks! I thought it would be appropriate if DP were the music controls. You click on their heads to go back/forward a song.

Yup! Everything you see is done with TL, no other plug-ins are necessary. I plan to include an optional today plug-in screen though, in case you have a plug-in you don't want to give up.

Finally released! See the first post, above, for the theme files.

Updated to work with TL 0.9.7, as well as a .cab for easy installation.

Updated to version 2.1.
