Hey guys, here's a great idea for the cube. I know this will require a lot of development, but what if someone makes a cube where each face is a virtual Today Screen. Think of the SPB Mobile or the PocketPC 4.0 tabs, but where instead of hitting a tab, you swipe left and right just like the cube to change to another tab:

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Better yet, what about customizing it so you can choose to spin the whole cube, the top half only or the bottom half only!
i think this could be easily achieved with wisbar advance desktop. and ftouchflo. you assign next page and prev page to sideways gestures in ftouchflo, and ta-da its done...
but obviously wont only spin the top half [id say thats pretty fkin hard] and has to have wisbar...

not sure if you mean how you program a today item
or if you just want shortcuts to programs on the today screen
if the later then
http://www.freewareppc.com
here are free programs which let you place shortcuts to your programs like zlaunch or something or pocketplus
if the first then
codeguru have some guides how you make your own today items
I know how to do it with the today screen.
But here on the forum I have seen some screenshots from the todayscreen with shortcuts from programs who aren't in the today screen.
so its the 2
still have no idear what you mean but

You're going to have to be much more specific.

i like your sense of humour
i want a tool that can create custom skins for the universal
xdatime - you still have to clarify what you want to skin.
Today screen, phone, start bar, incoming call, start menu etc?
V
All of it, i want a new smooth skin for each of the things
not the phone but today screen, start menu etc
You probably want to investigate wisbar then.

Do i use my pc to edit skins or is it to go directly on the phone?
i would rather use my pc for skinning jobs
Hey guys. I've been searching for literally months now for my skin that I used to have on my phone for spb mobile shell. I've looked completely through all of the 2.0 / 2.1 theme threads (where did all those old posts go?) as well as actualitemobile and can't find it.
It looks like the following picture EXCEPT that instead of 4 buttons on the bottom, there are 5, and one of them is a weather button. It was a blue looking skins. The only real important thing to me is the analog clock with the volume control if anyone has a different suggestion.

I dont know if im posting this in the correct place, im new the site and new to my HD2 (which i love). My question is.....Is there any way, or any rom, that removes the dock ( at the bottom of the screen where the start ,phone and menu button is) but keeps the home screen tabs???
Max Manila does this and more give it a look.
One of my last screen shots. With tabs and bottom bar collapsed ,fullscreen mode to remove bottom bar. If you hit the middle button the tabs will come up. If you tap the left button the bottom bar will appear for a short time.

Just what i was looking for. Thank you!
How about, "non-sense" fullscreen
a cab to just remove top and bottom taskbars.
I wrote a little program that will show you what virtual desktop you are currently on with a tray icon, adds another hotkey (Ctrl-Alt-Left/Right), and will let you 'cycle' through your desktops (so if you are on your last virtual desktop #6, you don't have to Ctrl-Win-LEFT 5 times to get back to your first desktop. Just hit Ctrl-Alt-Right and you'll be there).
Here's a little gif of it in action:

My repo is here, PRs are more than welcome since there are a few little issues to wrangle out still.
Obviously only works on Windows 10.
Looks good! Is there any chance to implement scroll on icon to cycle desktop? I'm not sure about Win32 limitation tho.
I'll look into that. That would be a cool idea.
Cool ! i'll loking for that
can you make it so the normal hotkey will allow you to round-robin? i have 2 buttons on my mouse that i have set to move between the desktops. would be nice to have that ability through the default.
