last call

Is there any way to not have the phone app show the "last call" by default?
I think it's rather annoying when showing my Qtek to other people, that they can see who i was in contact with last.
The only way i found, was to clear the entire call history, which is not what i want..
It would be nice if for instance, only missed calls would show...

if there is a small program to do this, then it stands to reason there must be a registry edit/command to make it do the same thing.

Duplicate contacts in Call history; How to delete/fix them?

I found it very annyoing; so please someone help:
First of all: in call history; it alway sets to all calls; that means showing missed/incoming/outgoing everything; Even if you put filter to missed calls only; next time you open history; it again reverts back to All calls filter; So QUES IS: how do you make HTC remember call history filter which you set up earlier (like show call history only)
2ND QUES:
even dumbest fone of Moto's shows this; when you call xyz from your ph.book, and called again, its shows 1 entry in call history (not every time you call it), but in HTC it shows 10 entry if you try to call 1 number and it's busy or not connecting; so how do i get rid of these duplications?
Help appericiated; ques sounds dumb but i'm rookie using PPC 1st time in life

same issues as above is there a fix? also is there a way to save text messages or lock them?

how to edit the call history to add calls?

i have to add an outgoing call to my call history at a certain date and time... is there a way to do this? im running 6.1 on a htc touch......

maybe you can try to set time and date on your phone to the date of you fake call and call (just call and hang up) the number you want...

I imagine having an alibi... Darling I called you, but you didn't took the call...

I will certainly have to remember this trick! There has been a many times this would have proved handy

Hmmmm, good that I dont need an alibi like that....
+ If I would say: "Yes honey I tried to call you 4am before I went to the afterparty, see my call history" she would probably tell me that she doesnt believe me anyway or that I should have sended smoke signals etc...

But there is a call duration entry. Meaning, that the call would only last <15 seconds.

Changing the time on the phone would work for your personal call history but not the official call history that shows on your phone bill.
As a father, I check my kid's phone calls and minutes semi-regularly by logging on to T-Mobile and viewing their recent activities.
Now, chances are if you need this for an alibi for a GF or some other friend it will work. If you need this for a more serious alibi, it's not going to work if the person has any way of checking the official carrier records.

Don't know about anybody else but if i make a call that isn't answered by anything, be it a person, ansaphone or voicemail, then the call duration in the call log is 00:00 and it never shows on my phone bill. The only way to prove that type of call was made would probably require access to the mobile operator's logs themselves which most of us don't have.

i have one problem in my vivo v3 . call log is not displaying in proper order.i dont know what to do.it is just scrumbled

Missed Calls

I have noticed that if I decide to ignore a call it goes into my missed calls list. It isn't a big issue, but I was wondering if anyone knows a fix to this.

Its still a missed call.
What's broken?

I know I admit it is more of a personal thing then anything at all. I don't remember my Moment listing it as missed.

I think it has something to do with how the HTC dialer is programmed to function. Vanilla android doesn't show ignored calls as missed calls, however when you use an adroid build with htc sense (and htc dialer) it shows ignored calls as missed calls.

Okay, that is what I was figuring it had something to do with the dialer.

How do i group my call list

I hate seeing how many times I called a person or a person has called me how can I group the calls into one.

Has anyone found a way to do this?

the closest ive found so far is you can got into call history and go to menu<view and chose from all calls, incoming, outgoing, and missed.
tho what i assumed you wanted to do was show each person one time with a number displayed of times theyve called...still looking for a way to do that, it may take some coding to the phone.apk...i dont think its a stock option...
