I don't know why but my Picture and Video viewer has stopped showing any preview images. Can anyone guide me what to do? Although its not a problem since I use a 3rd party picture viewer, it does become a problem when I try to chose a contact picture. Since windows by default opens the native picture viewer and I don't see anything. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Good Day Guys,
After I Record A Video And It Stores It, I Cannot Se It In The Picture And Video Viewer. I Can Only See Pictures When I Select The Picture Option. However, If I Go Through File Explorer Then I Can See The Video Files. Any Help Will Be Greatly Appreciated. Thanks

Im having the same problems....
EDIT: actually, even file explorer wont work for me....
So I have searched and searched all over and I still cannot find a program that shows my saved videos with a thumbnail picture that does not lag so horribly like the default "pictures and videos" app. WMP is okay, but it still doesn't show a thumbnail for the videos, and when most of my videos are "VIDEO-09293" its hard to figure out which one is which.
Anyway, I am currently using Eyephoto for a picture viewer and I would like something like that for videos.
Thanks in advance.
I'm searching for such a tool too... There are many picture viewers but I haven't found something for videos.
Any news???
Thanx in advance.
Hello all,
has anyone a solution for this problem?
Evertime i make a photo with the build-in camera
i get this bad low-res result in the photo-video tab thumbnail.Have tryed differend roms in the past
with no succes for a better thumbnail resolution.
Thanks for help
After opening and overwrite the original photo (using image editor Resco Photo Viewer) i get a perfect thumbnail in photo video tab.Why isnt this possible with photos directly from the camera?
Hello,
Just curious is there an application that could run in the background, then if the camera was used (video/pic) that it would automagically UPLOAD immediately (to some service in cyberspace) once the item was taken.
Maybe there is some some stream capture?

I believe Dashwire will upload photos and video to a website when I believe can be preset to share a certain folder with your friends. It won't upload the video while you are still recording, but it is designed to sync all of your media files, SMS, etc.

shozu will also do this. the biggest problem with both is that they have to run in the background, and the phone is short on memory as it is.
shozu will do this as well, also qik for streaming video. just remember that shozu and dashwire live in the background, eating precious memory.
I've been saving alot of animated GIFs and the built in photo album thing plays them just fine, but there's absolutely no way to zoom in and see what's going on. Is there an alternative to the built in photo viewer that will do stuff like zoom?
Bump.
Anyone have any ideas, like another program that will work?
Have you tried to open them in a mobile browser like Opera, Skyfire or PIE and use the built in zoom function?
that is one option, but there'd be no way to do slideshows or another quick transition between them.
