The OLD ROM version

Hi guys, I know it sounds really strange
But I need a copy of the OLD rom to download, not the one thats just been released by O2, the one we were all using before this.
Its been taken down off the my-xda website and they dont keep archives.
If anyone has it that can either upload for me to download or wants to send it over msn messenger, please PM or reply, it would be much appreciated.

Ive got a friend who needs the old ROM version back on his XDA, because he needs to get rid of the Music Player that comes with the new version.
Unless anyone knows how to get rid of it?

Upgrade from wm5 to wm6

hi, i have a tmobile artemis with wm5 on it, when i try downloading the upgrade file from the htc website.
when i put in my serial no it shows: Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device.
not sure if it's just my phone not bein able to handle the software or just the fact that i got it from tmobile, not htc.
would anyone be able to post a solution to this, or the actual upgrade file, if it's possible to get it to work?

Either go to T-Mobiles website and try to download a WM6 ROM from them. Or go to the wiki, read about USPL and then download and flash the HTC ROM from the links in there.

finally got it to work, tried a few times not sure if it's me takin out the sim card or just plain luck but its all workin now

Running a ROM that came without VZ Navigator! Need it!

I did a search of the forum and I found a link to download a version that doesn't work on my phone. Does anyone know where I can get it?

1.43 TMobile UK ROM backup ?

Before updating my TMobile HD2 via goldcard I would like a backup for the original TMobile ROM. Does such a thing exist and if so can anyone give me a link to the ROM ?

Hi, all. I also have same request, if possible. Before updating rom with new sspl I would like to know where to download my original rom, just in case of errors.
I could not find any link for this specific rom, if some of you has some links, please post them.

seems to be a t-mobile shipped rom. probably u can flash without using gold card.

Thanks! The only problem by now is that both links are for premium users...

there are a set of tools available under "itsutils" these tools allow you to back up ur rom...you'll need to find instructions they prob under blackstone rom section

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of or provide me with the current UK tmobile rom for samsung galaxys android 2.1 please?
I have tried several times to update and it states that the current firmware i have can not be updated:
PHONE:I9000XWJM7
PHONE:I9000XXJM3
CSC:I9000OXAJM1
i am really eager to get onto froyo as i feel i have now had 2.1 for too long and it seems everyone has 2.2 over here except me and would like it on my phone as well. I tried the regedit trick for kies but that doesnt seem to work How am i going to get this updated and up with the better version of android?
