Does it support VGA?

Backlight working ?
Does the backlight button work with this release ? In the other version your device will freeze at bootup....anyone tested already ?

Could not wait Just installed, no problems on my device (Artemis) and Backlight-button. Looks cool.
What i don't like: in the GUI-Config you can only add apps from the Programs-directory (for example: when you want to add solitaire (which is stored in "Games"), you need to move the shortcut into the Programs-Folder....or you need to add the registry-key in HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCPlus\Shortcuts manually....or am i wrong ?
But in the end.... i think i stay with HTC Home....

It's interenting that you had no problems. I also installed on my Artemis with official HTC Asia WM6 rom and yes, it works until you switch off the device. Than you can never switch it on again, only by soft reset with stylus!
So I uninstalled the prog quickly...
Otherwise it would be nice to have it on Today screen, so if someone could construct a bug-free cab from the extracted files I would really welcome it!

The "other" Version (as petervbeck says) in the Hermes Forum doesn't work on the Touch.

when you select battery status in Customization and you tab on the symbol you go to wifi settings and backlight is not working

I'm using Tom's 4.1 full and as i said, no problems. But in fact- i like HTC Home more, but that's my opinion.... on my device i had no problem with hanging boots or something similar, i tested all the buttons....but not for a long time...then i switched back to HTC home...that's my expirience with Plus..

Today I posted an updated version that should help some people who had problems with it.
This tool was non-functional when I found it. I had to dissassemble the dlls to find out why the utility would not work (missing HTCImgCodec.dll).

I just installed your cab on my mogul. It works great. But I decide to keep using HTC Home.

Is the "aplication launching pad" of HTC plus finger-scrollable, or the only way to scroll is by tapping on the arrow?

how do you remove HTC plus!? I like it but it freezes my PPC6700 sometimes. I don't use it but I cannot remove it from the today settings menu. Thanks

I do not know if this plugin supports VGA. If you have a VGA device, try it out and let us know.

Same, just adds a menu to my today settings, but no new today screen

I am a newbie here @ XDA and after a lot of work and learning I managed to build my first rom. I was looking for a dutch rom with manila after I tried itje's m2d rom. But there was not one there, so I made one myself. Everthing is translated inside this rom to dutch (as far as I know). I hope someone will use this and leave a message.
This is how I cooked my rom:
- I have used a shipped Windows Mobile 6.1. rom
and added (and translated):
- Manila2d (black theme)
- Manila Configurator
- 3D drivers
- Youtube
- Googlemaps
- Album
- Opal Volume Control
- Audio Manager
- Task Manager
- Opera 9.5
removed nothing (can make a lite one if people want that)
I used the orginal dailer because I use videodailer very often and it's working.
I used the orginal camera because it have auto-focus function.
I want to say thanks to UDK for his briljant kitchen.
I also want thank the Polaris 3D Development theme for their great 3d drivers.
And I wanna say special thanks to NeoS2007 for his quick reply's and great help to my stupid questions.
I did put a lot of work in this rom. It is running fast and stable, I didn't found bugs for now so please report found bugs.
Known bugs:
- analog and digital clock are "on" by default, can be changed by manila2dcustomizer
- video from album not working
- status bar is not showing correct
I don't know how to make screenshots, so if somebody can please make them for me I will be very happy, because I really to tired right now.

I could do that, but then you no longer have a working videocall and crappy pictures. I don't know if a lot of people want that

Well, i also don't know if a lot of people use or don't use videocall.
I am wondering what if i flash this rom to my phone and after that install a cab with the opal dialer. Will this work?

I think you can flash your dailer, but I am not sure about the camera.
I thought when you install camera you will get erorrs.

hmm crap
maybe one rom with old camera and one with the new.
And in both provide the 3g dialer.
After that you could still flash the new dialer right?
And also go back to the 3g dialer
maybe i'm gonna cook my own rom, but how did you translate those programs and maybe you could provide the translated packages?

Thank you very much. I wil keep updating as much as I can, but I am very new here and could use some help sometimes I stil have to learn a lot I think.
I am allready looking at tf3d right now, let's translate everything all over again.

Looks like this is a very clean ROM, with Manila2d and some basic stuff needed by it. Could you cook a WWE ROM just like this one?

just flashed my phone to this rom:
some little bugs:
-analog and digital clock are "on" by default but can be changed with the manila2d customizer

thx for your effort but i have the same problem with youre "fixed" Taskbar V2 as before......................youre version 1 workes great ( both types, i mean the normal and the one for english and other)

dude.. your files are all over the place.. which links are for which files.. why dont you put them all in 1 folder and separate sub-folders? if you DO feel the need to show each screenshot for each link, why dont you separate them by means of separator ---------?
tried downloading them.. none from mybloop can be downloaded.. from 4shared yes i can...

I must repeat that it's not my thread and this is a GERGER's project... the taskbar is not mine (made by Vinsos aka musezicos) I have just made the volume, the boot, the dialer & the keyboard but I want to help you so here is the version I made and tell me if it works now (it should because Vinsos had forgotten to resign the files).
You must uninstall the previous one, install sdkcerts.cab then unzip twice my archive (zip>7z>cab) and install my version 2.3
I have also added a volume fix

but: battery status shows a 15 while having a real ~80% battery status

OK Thanks for your feedback ouh2 : it was a registry issue and I fixed it now in the last v2.3 : I hope this is the last fix, it works on my diamond with 100% batt now

Bravo Monsieur, my HD is looking better every day. Yesterday, I too had the same issue, and was going to report today when I had more time. However the bug corrected already and 2.3 seems to work great.

Here's a new version with larger fonts (more finger friendly) and an Androkkid/iPhone (no SPB Mobile Shell) etc. option.

And here's the standard one (HTC Sense/HTC TouchFlo/SPB Shell/Titanium/None) version with finger friendly large menu/fonts.

I'm wondering if there is any way to set up a similar switcher that would "look" at two different Today/Item settings, remember them and use them for switching. I am happy with HTC Sense, but would like to use WeatherPanel. I would like to switch between Sense and the generic Today screen with WP running.

I got a diamond 2, english version, and I am not very happy with the way sms look, in the sense that I have it as "conversation with...", and not in the classical way, one after wach other. Does anyone has a small program to fix this? I know it was possible to do it for Diamond 1.

Search for reg editor, several free ones like PMH Reg Editor
Once you're in the registry, just follow the path HKLM (Hey Key Local machine) and drill down from there.

If I look for HKCU\\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\, then I cannot get the OEM. If I look fro HKLM\Software\HTC, then there is no HTC messaging, only HTCMsgEnhance, but that does not help! I know for Diamond 1 was a simple cab which could do the trick...pls help, thanks
