I need to upload Turkish lang to MDA T-Mobile! Please help

I have Magician MDA T-mobile UK an unlocked it now need to uplaod Turkish lang! is there anybody can help me how to upload Turksh lang or change its language to Turkish!

Any one can tell me, how i can upgrade my HTC qtek 2020 (Made in Taiwan) from Windows Mobile 2003 to Windows Mobile 2005. It is possible or not to upgrade. I am from Pakistan, Asia.

Udapte XDA II i FRENCH

I have an XDA II i in english, but I'm french and I prefer to have it in French.
That are the information of my PDA :
ROM version : 1.10.00 WWE
ROM date : 12/24/04
RADIO version 1.00.00
PROTOCOL version : 1337.39
ExtROM version : 1.10.124 WWE
I try with this files : AP_astel_FRA_11102_115_10200_Ship.exe
but everytime I have the same problem :
ERROR 120: COUNTRY ID ERROR
I would like to change the language in French, how could be done ? Where I could load the files ?
