While I was surfing around I found a photo of an O2 XDA with WM6 on it aswell as an interesting piece of software,the bar along the bottom with the icons. Does anyone know what it is called and where I can find it?

I got in 1.60WWE but after upgrading to 1.66WWE it disappeared.

I installed SKTools, the demo version, and after playing around with it and doing a soft reset, most of text on menus, buttons..etc became huge

Doesn't matter which rom as the tilt is a Kaiser and you would have a Hermes.... Putting this rom on your Hermes would result in a brick...
