No, I just thought it'd be funny to post a picture of a Titan in the Titan forum so that someone asked the idiotic question of whether it runs on a Titan or not

wow nice...loved your work with the TyTN when i had one, and now that i've got a Titan, it's great to see a familiar name/thread title.
can't wait to see it in action

Thank you! I knew waiting patiently would pay off

hooray the kind of news i like to hear!

Great work!

OMG this is awesome! I can't wait for some ROM kitchens for the Mogul. I thought it would be many more months before someone figured this out! Great work! Very much appreciated. Can't wait for the release!

[Tool][TLC][WiP]AndroidExplorer

The Team Lambent Corrosion member presents:
AndroidExplorer
The AndroidExplorer app is a program, which can help you to explore, copy, move and remove files in your device in the easites way.
Small FAQ
-Why?
-I know that there are other similar tools, but I have two main reasons for finishing this project: 1. competition - it always helps to reach a better quality of app and users have more apps to choose from. 2. Improving programming skills.
-When it will be done?
-I don't know yet, it depends on functions you want to see.
-Can you improve/implement..?
-I'm opened for any ideas about functionality! Please leave the ideas in here..
-I can't connect to phone!
-Unplug and plug your device, wait 30 sec and try connect again.

What is working?
-Exploring files in your PC and Android
-Drag and Drop
-Mounting as RW
-Two ways to copy/move file - copy immediately or add it to the task list (queueing)
-Shortcuts to the most useful folders
-Coloring the items that are present on task list
-Expanding a directory tree after refreshing
-Executting files via double-click
-Preview of the tasks list
-Executting tasks in separate thread (no freezes while working)
-Log file
-Shortcuts like CTRL+C etc, based on popular file commanders
-Chmod/Chown permission
-Updating module
-Installing pacakges
-Reporting a bugs
-Editing files with automatic pulling and pushing
-Executting single adb command
Requirements
-Framework 4.0
-Full ADB root
-USB Debbuging mode
BUGs to fix
-Problems with handling files that paths are very long (I need to figure out how to solve it)

Caution: the link contains always the newest version of the AndroidExplorer (including nightly, untested and unstable version)

Tested with Galaxy 3.. I'm not responsible if app will damage your computer/phone etc. Use for your own risk.
Nice app.. Thanks I been looking for such apps because copying and pasting using Root Explorer is too difficult. I hope using this app we could replace Framework-res.apk file etc.
Good that you posted it here, it'll get more attention

Yes, you can replace framework-res.apk etc unless there are bugs

By the way, new version released with changes:
-Android context menu updated
-Chmod/Chown permissions working (I think so)
-Backuping files from the device
-Fixed bug while opening Desktop via Users directory
Bugs: Drag&Drop needs improvements.
Like dharamg3 has noticed, the mounting system as r/w is not working (the method used in app works only with Galaxy 3). I'll try to release in few hours update - in configuration form there will be a possbility of changing mounting point that proper to a specify device.
Great thanks to dharamg3
http://de.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Features&referringTitle=Home
this is open source i think you can take some of the features here and ad them to your project or even better work together to make a better android explorer application just my 2 cents!!!
Great work benzyniarz1 however, when I try to connect my phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) I get the following error:
"Error: no device found! Please connect your phone in Debbuging USB mode."
(Spelling copied from error message)
My phone is in debugging mode and I have tried turning this off and back on.
Cheers.
i thinnk your app could become my favorite one...
but I have to try it first
first start i got a crash clicking adb start button (it say LogFile.txt not found, so I have to manually create it)
second start it crash again, seems to be due a string to DateTime conversion
tied to restart adb server & client, same result
in LogFile.txt I found the list of connected devices and the ls of root dir (note the blank lines, could be this the problem?):

May I suggest ADB over WiFi for ease of use?
@tjsantos please send me logfile please
@c3k the problem is... the date. I see that there might be problems with parsing the date, i have other format (dd-mm-yyyy) in my system and it is as one string, it is divided in your system. I'll try to solve it i have just though that adb returns always the same format of the date.

No, it doesn't. I have not heard about ADB over WiFi, but I can take a look closely, but now I need to fix bugi with date format in adb.
greatz i hope this work well
To sum up:
adb ls result like this one works:
dr-x------ root root 2011-08-30 08:38 config
drwxrwx--- system cache 2011-08-30 18:11 cache
Click to collapse
but sth like:
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 0 Aug 28 17:23 acct
drwxrwx--x 1 system cache 2048 Aug 28 17:24 cache
Click to collapse
won't work ("Aug" is parsed to DateTime and it casues the problem)
What's worse, I've noticed, that in c3k's result there are sizes of directories (what have no place in my adb result) = I need to rebuild whole function that parse adb result to file list. It seems that adb results are different on different PCs, so I need to build more global function.
I'll do my best to rebuild this algorythm
Bug with me: every time i click on "Program", "Edit", "Fast Folders", or "Tools", it opens something in my dock. Install Object dock free and you'll see :/
Also, i don't get it connected with my phone. Don't know where i'm supposed to place all the files...

1.Hmm maybe it's connected with ALT shortcuts (Program). I can remove it.
2.Please paste logfile.txt in here.
When i try to start adb server, it say that there's no logfile.txt in the folder... Exception error

Edit2: created a blank Logfile.txt in the directory, now it say that my device is not found. I already put it in USB debbuging mode :/
OK, so:
1. Date bug to fix
2. The lack of the logfile.txt to fix
3. If device not found, please paste logfile...
I solved the error problem.
1. You need to create Logfile.txt in root folder of the app.
2. Put AdbWinUsbApi.dll in bin folder, to cure the USB detection problem
Here is the zip, with all needed for now.

1. The AndroidExplorer will be creating the blank LogFile.txt automatically (it is done, now I'm working on proper date parsing)
2. Thanks, I hope it will help But the problem may be also with parsing adb results, so if you have constant problems witch connecting to the device, please send me logfie

nvflash can't find tablet

Hi there!
Warning for the pros: I am an android noob, so I am not sure if I use the right terms. Be further sure of one thing 1,5 days ago I had no idea what apx, the acronym HC and so on could be, so... well... I say this so you know that I read A LOT and at the bottom there is the point which I believe is the core of my issues.
I hope you guys can help me:
I am trying to get to tegraowners ICS (because I own a a501 and would like to use my 3g) from taboonay HC. So far I have lightspeed 4.dunno installes and tried taboo 2.2.
Of course I still have hc-bootloader, so no tegraowner for me. Now I try to flash my bootloader. For doing that I use a500 manager, a500apxflash and afterota.
But first things first. My system is 64-bit with the following OS:
- Kubuntu 12.04
- Windows 7 as guest in VirtualBox Linux-host
- Windows 7 natively installed
My different problems:
- I got my cpuid and sbk using afterota within the virtual machine. If I try to use the a500 manager for retrieving the serialnumber the field stays blank (as far as I know serialnumber = cpuid?).
- When I used a500apxflash in the virtual machinge I got an errormessage while "staging and backing up bct" about a missing file while dumping bct.dec with details:
Code:

- but the thing that bothers me the most: when I enter nvfflash --sync I get "nvflash started" followed by "no usb-device detected". I go into devicemanager and look after entries for acer I see a "NVIDIA-USB Bood-recoery driver for Mobile devices" when in apx or a "MTP USB Device". Both have this ugly exclamation mark. If I try to update the drivers by hand (guide windows to the folder with inf-files - I tried nvidiausb.inf in folder usbpcdriver coming from "V8-UNL-ICS-HC-bootloader-MULTI-cwm.zip") it won't work.
So... I have no idea where to start from now. Is there a possible linux-based solution out there? Saw one, but I am not sure if I got that one correctly (remember, I am a noob )

Edit: Just an idea, but this W32 in the error message disturbed me all the time. Trying to flash with a 32-bit pc and control/search .net / acer for 64-bit.
All right!
Should have trusted linux in the very first place (as usual).
After hours and hours of trying with windows I got 1 hour with linux and... tadaaa... it worked perfectly!
My most actual script:
Code:
#!/bin/sh
./nvflash --bct bct.bct --setbct --bl bootloader_apx.bin --configfile flash.cfg --odmdata 0x300d8011 --sbk [your sbk] --sync
./nvflash -r --format_partition 4
./nvflash -r --download 4 bootloader_v8.bin
./nvflash -r --format_partition 6
./nvflash -r --download 6 recovery_thor1.7.3.img
./nvflash -r --go
The tutorial - sorry, may not post it, because i am not allowed to post links until I reached 10 posts...
thx!
Glad you got it going.
Maybe Skrilax might add it to his bootloader thread for Linux installs.

You can search "32 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00", the volume must between ".vm_res" and "VDE10" edit to "34 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 01 00 00 00"

In watch face mode the C codes are not working. Only use picture resources. If change the digitclock.vxp Install info to normal, it's a helloworld program. I tested.

do not install in C:\Program Files (x86) because mre launcher cannot find the ads. good luck.

Hi. Did you managed to find some watch faces to the G5?
Still get an error. Both apps installed on C:\Program Files\
Somehow I am stuck on step 3. I wonder if I'm on newer version of mrelauncher as there is no option for package settings.
Sent from my KIW-L24 using XDA-Developers mobile app
I am too dumb to create my own watchface, would anyone that is good at it please please please make me a Madonna Watchface with this Picture? Pretty please
I leave it to the nice person to decide how the rest fits best
If possible her face and rebel heart at the bottom
I´d be forever grateful if someone took the time to make it for me :highfive::highfive:
Ha, i just figured out, how vxp watch face creation works.
This first try is not nice, but if you provide me better clockhands, i can create a fancier one....
For best results, provide png files in 240*240 px for:
clock_bg.png (round, edges transparent as background)
hand.png
minute.png
second.png
preview.png (this on in 150*150 px)
Regards,
Tornator
Thanks a lot mate, for your first watchface you did it awesome. I really like it and I'm already using it
If there's something I can do in return, lemme know
God bless ya
