I own a german XDA Neo but I would need the french rom for it ! The french rom is available at Dangaard Belgium (http://www.smart-phones.be/login.php) but you need a valid Qtek S200 IMEI.
Could an official owner of Qtek S200 go there and make the rom available on the FTP ?

i know you can get the QTEK 9100 rom from the QTEK website what im not sure if it makes a difference in the language, if it does, you might end up bricking your phone!
