best video recording format??

hi im using a tweak app that opens up more video recording formats i have
h.263
3gpp2
mpeg4
motion JPEG
H.264
anyone know which is best to use

I selected motion JPEG and I can record just 1 hour (640x320), with other codec I can record more 5 hours. I think that motion JPEG is better.

thanks for reply im looking for the format with the best quality im not to fussed about the storage it takes up

How to increase audio bitrate in videos taken by camera?

Like in title. There is option to incerase video bitrate but audio is still 48kb/s. Is there any option to increase this vaule for ex to 96kb/s like in movies taken by Nokia's?
Oh key to change video bitrate is there:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Recparam\MP4VGA\

Using Fresh 3.1.01 and stock sdcard

h.264 with adjust settings http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2niuqRIcrQ
mpeg4 800x480 wvga http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGSZ-cpL_us
audio quality doesnt seem to change at all except with mpeg4 800x480 where it seems to improve a little bit.

FPS: 15-30 or default
Bitrate: 512-1024 or default
Audio
Audio Encode: AAC
Sample Rate: 44100-48000 or default
Bitrate: i usually set to default
