Hermes not remembering notification settings

I set all my sms/mms/notifications to nothing but "Display message on screen" because I'm using phonealarm which handles all the vibrating/alarms but every time I SR my device the settings go back to default, the only thing that stays is my Incoming Call setting. Does anybody else have this? Anyone know where the settings are in the registry? Maybe i can do an import on startup. I know that some settings are in HKCU\Control Panel\Sounds but these seem to be just for the ringing sounds and not the notification settings.

Set Ring & Vibrate

Hello
I have a HTC P4350 and i want make a little application to switch between
RING and VIBRATE with a schedule.
So when i going into the CommManager on my Device, then i have a function to
set my device to ring or to vibrate. When i set i to ring or vibrate, is
this setting in the registry? When yes, where can find it?
My Idea is, when i can find this setting in the registry, then i can design
my application so, that i read and write the registry and can so switch
between RING and VIBRATE by scheduling.
Or is it possible that i can set the RING or VIBRATE with Compact Framework (purhaps API)?
Can anybody help my?

I've gone to sound and display ringer both ringer volume and notication volume is all the way up it rings just find but nothing when recieve a text
Does no body else have this problem ?
Get this app called "Sound Manager" and check all your settings in that application. Make sure everything isn't muted. This program has access to deep settings that normally isn't accessible through the settings.
