Make a ROM in spanish

I have the XDA with a spanish version (3.16.16 ESP), and I want to make my own ROM based on this one. Can someone help me??

XDA IIi : How to change german ROM to english ROM?

I´m a newbie here.
I´ve bought XDA IIi in Germany.
And I´d like to change the German ROM to English ROM.
Is there any possibilities to change it?
Can anyone teach me step by step how to change this ROM at my XDA IIi?
What program I need to change it?

Need some help, I need to change the language from German to English on this Xda but don't know where to start, any help would be grateful!!!!!

You have to flash a new ROM in English. That´s all....
