Add Disconnect button to your GPRS connection window

Found this useful tool for disconnecting GPRS and actually adding a "Disconnect" button to your connection windows. That's not all, it actually counts the connection duration just like XDA-I.
p.s. tested on XDA II only.

i'm a newb, how do you install it, i have an XDA II. =/, its a cab and i unzipped it on my comp and i have two files.

Hi,
Copy the cab file directly to XDA II using active sync and then run it using file explorer of XDA II. Cab files are directly is run on Pocket PC. PC unzipper is of no use here.

Great cab works fine on my Jam so should work on magician.

Works on the XDA IIs (Blue Angel), except for 'Turn off GPRS if device is not used.....' doesn't seem to do anything.

Anyone tried it on O2 mini and xdaIIs ?

It works on all pocket pc phone edition devices with windows mobile 2003 or higher. If you are using an older os you should throw it away

I have tried...but withouth success....But I have installed GPRS Monitor...guessing it is not this the cause for not working... :roll:

GPRS monitor in my opinion sucks. I could never get that SPB program to work worth a dawm. But GB Tweak works great.

For me it doesn`t work...and GPRS monitor is ok...if U want to know how much traffic do U have...

PocketPutty is only ported to the WM5... Does it work 100% with the WM6?

Yes it does. I have been using it for 2 months on WM6

Totally agree, it's also a handy remote for the phone and can install .cab
files with it.

I am very fond of this software but have problems connecting via TCP/IP. It says "Log on access refused!". I checked all settings and they seem to be ok! Any suggestions?

Are you using XP (Active sync) or Vista (Mobile device center)? If vista try this first;

I am using XP. I found a link to an executable that seems to unlock the security functionality, hence the problem seems to be fixed. Now I am a little worried that I just opened a tunnel for anybody who knows how to look for the hole!.

Is it possible to use Universal to connect laptop to internet?

I have 3G dataconnect in Universal (WM6.1 Tomal) is it possible at use Universal with USB-cable or wlan-connection so that i can go to internet with my laptop through Universal?
If i can what settings do i need change example in wlan-settings?
