Best Universal Deal From USA?

Hello,
I've been waiting a long time for the Universal to be more accessible in the USA, but it looks like nothing is happening over here. Can any of you share how you were able to get the Universal in the USA? I've looked into buying used on Ebay.uk, and now I see there are a lot of cheap units from China on just about every Ebay site. The used units from Europe aren't much of a deal over buying from Expansys, and the China deals look like the worst scam ever. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

You can reliable buy it from Ebay from a reputable seller. If you use PayPal, you get buyer protection. I needed this because the first time I bought a JASJAR, the seller did not deliver. PayPal refunded my $977.

Hello, I am at the world cup watching the Brazil team, and I want to buy a O2 xda atom, (pure,exec, or the regular) or HP iPaq rw6828 or TytYN. Since I am in Germany I need to enjoy the opportunity to buy it in Europe (hope with a good price). Now I am in Frunkfurt and later Munich, Berlim and then Paris. Hey guys,
I was wondering where did you guys get your HTC TyTN?
Where are the good suppliers for North America?
I live in Canada and would be willing to purchase one (or the HTC Wizard, all depending if it's worth it to get it). I know there is ebay, but it's such a ripoff.

Many of the official retail outlets in China seem to be asking way too much for this (and most other) PocketPC phones; so if you can get it via an HK retailer the pricing should be better.

You can buy it from Taobao in China and they do ship internationally. I have no experience with having products shipped outside but have ordered from the many time and they ship same day in China.
Price on Taibao is about 5200 rmb / 6.12 = USD

the best bet is go on Taobao and find the highest phone quantity sold, that's a good indicator of trust worthy store.
there's about 1500 RMB price different between the taobao price and the Samsung store price.
