Where I can find the dopod M700 factory rom?My M700 now just can into bootloader with this information :

I had flash the Singapore WM6 rom with cid locked by a tool named "UpgradeRom.bat"

What is your original Language? I have shiped ROM for M700 but it is WWE, if yours is CHT or CHS. There is no chance!
