Upgrade ROM ITA or ENG with Extender

I have purchased a T-mobile MDA with Rom version "3.13.07" GER and Radio ver. 3.07 PW10A2.
I have downloaded the version 3.15.15 of the Rom and Radio 4.16 of the O2 XDA ireland, but i have not installed her yet..
It knows someone the possibility to get the Italian language.
Would it also be all right the English rom with an Italian extender, but does it exist?

Whats the best Radio / Rom upgrade for XDA2 UK Voda??

Hi all, can anyone tell me, and point me to a link, for the best radio and rom upgrade for a UK XDA 2. Just upgraded to a XDA2, and want to have latest software like i did on my xda1.

Current Radio - 1.05.12

XDA 2 USA Rom

Hi All, I have just aquired a second hand XDA 2 with a USA Rom.
ROM Ver- 1.03.00 USA
ROM Date 09/24/03
Radio Ver 1.05.12
Protocol Ver 1337.12
I am based in the UK.
Please can anyone tell me what this means.
Is this the same as an English rom?
If not what are the differences?
I have unlocked the device and a T-mob phone card works ok.

yes unlocked it should work just fine but likely the gprs and mms settings would be preset to the us operator
but you could change those
it's triband so it's 900/1800/1900 so like nokida or what ever it should work everywhere

The Vodafone rom is the latest by looking at version number.
If the Vodafone is not the latest of the 3, I really would like to know for what they give version numbers if the highest version number is not the last version.

I think the rom date should not be as relevant as the rom version.
Your post is interesting but a bit confused. Would you please post the rom dates you are refering to?

Vodafone Australia Video Call Settings

Is anyone using a Dopod 838Pro or IMATE JasJAM in Australia and have video calling working either through Vodafone, Telstra or Optus????

yes, vodafone with the dopod 838pro and video calling works fine
