PLEASE HELP ROM upgrade problem

Hi guys I really need your help PLEASE,
I have only had my O2 XDA II Mini for 2 days, and I decided to upgrade the ROM early so I don't have to backup all my data before I have any (if you know what I mean).
Anyway, I went to www.seeo2.com to get the official upgrade. Clicked onto Oceania (i live in Australia), followed the instructions exactly for upgrade and downloaded the ROM upgrade. For everyones information the filename is ma_o2asia_11100_922_11100_ship.exe. Anyway, I had my device connected, had is synched up and started the upgrade process - at 11% an error appeared saying there was a RADIO ERROR and that I must restart the process.
I restarted the process, and an error came up saying ERROR 120: COUNTRY ID ERROR. And says that the ROM is not designed to be used on my device. I DOWNLOADED the Rom from the O2 website in the Australian section.
Now, my screen is stuck with SERIAL up the top and V.1.00 down the bottom when not connected to the computer, and USB up the top and V.1.00 down the bottom when plugged into the computer. The ROM upgrade continues to give me the same COUNTRY ID error.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

I don't know If you got the help you wanted? But it seems that you crashed or it crashed your installation.
1. If you can restart you O2 on OS try this:
You will find the ROM on XDA FTP under MAGICIAN-Shipped_roms-o2asia_11100_922_11100_ship.exe
Then extract the .exe with winrar and open it.
to prevent crash again on radio installation try to delete or cut away the RADIO_.nbf. Start installation with ROMUpgradeUt.exe
When finished you probably have your rom and extrom upgraded and not your radio.
You can try this install with RADIO_.nbf again.
2. If you can't start your OS on O2 and you are stucked on Bootloader.
try install from SD card.
If you don't know how, you will find many posts on this forum how to do it.
I can explain to you step by step if you need it.

After playing around with attempts to re-flash my ROM to the latest version, I ended up with a dead device.
I try to reflash it back, on the FTP on this site I found:
Qtek_9100_RUU_Prodigy_10107105_Qtek_WWE_ship.exe
but won't work because it says MODEL ID: Prodigy, while on my device it is WIZARD..
Please help me find a Wizard SHOP ROM, I am dead scared that I can lose my phone (((
I enter the bootloader, the device won't boot, and I start the above EXE, then it refuses to work saying "this NBF cannot be used on your PDA phone, please get newer NBF file" ERROR 296 UPGRADE only

I suspect that your phone CID is not unlocked yet before flashing new ROM from other vendor. And have you tried the following ROM?

I managed to revive it, not it is a T-mobile i want my Qtek 9100 back (((

Qtek_9100_RUU_Prodigy_10107105_Qtek_WWE_ship.exe won't flash any more, giver error:
"this NBF cannot be used on your PDA phone, get a newer NBF file!"
Conclusion: after flashing the QTEK with latest T-mobile ROM, you CANNOT GO BACK to original ROM. I can't use aWizard tools either RAPI fails.
Will have to wait until new qtek RUU is available...

Problem in X7500

Urgent Help
I installed Rom 6.1 with spl3.5 yesterday , but my phone previous rom was spl1.2. now when
I finish any rom installation and restarting my phone , I go back to the begining of installation .
The original rom can not be installed and recovery message appear on the screen and error is shown

Hi mohammad
I assume you know your way around flashing.
I suggest going into bootloader to confirm that you have SPL 1.2 and then flashing any SPL1.2 rom from the bootloader.
make sure to remove sim and sd card

Rom Update Problem

Hi, i have a HTCP6500 this arrived on my desk as a dutch version, and as im no good at dutch i thought i would try and upload an english rom to this.
I used oilpro's unlocking tool (the one you have to pay for) and it sim/cid unlocked the unit, i then tried to upload the stock english rom off the website, and i keep getting
ERROR [270] UPDATE IMAGE CORRUPT
noe the phone is stuck in bootloader mode i presume (the screen with red,green,blue,white displayed?
any ideas please

get a dutch rom and try flashing that..
should get you out of bootloader..
tell how you got on...

install the hard spl from sticky in this forum...
then you will be able to flash any ROM
I think what you installed from olipro was just sim / cid unlocker...
im not sure if it is hardspl

HTC Trophy - NEED FULL FLASH

Hi, guys.
I have real problems with my Trophy. My English is not so good, but i try to explain my problem:
1. I had HTC_Trophy with Spanish vodaphone(vodaphone logo when system starting), but it seems unlocked, because i can use it in Uzbekistan.
2. Bootloader version was 5.12.xx, and i wanted to downgrade it. I wanted to install on my phone DFT v4.
3. I done it by GoldCARD, and i got message radio update failed , update failed (in red).
After this problem i can't install any ROM's, even original SPAIN. It give me error 226: Flash Write Error on 10%. Only DFT Roms installing fully, but after rebooting device i get 7 vibro signals(anybody know what means this error 226, and 7 vibro signals).
Than my friend installed in my device Full Flash (Model ID: SPAR1000, i have Model IDC401000) by Riff Box J-tag. And my device turned ON. But camera still not working, i think that it cause wrong Model id.
And one thing else, when i wanted to install Radio separately by RUU, i've got the same Error: 226 on 98%. Well i think that something wrong with my Radio module.
Any IDEAS???
P.S. Anybody, please give me FULL FLASH for my trophy, with Model IDC401000, for Riff Box J-Tag. I really need it.
P.S.S. Languages I understand: Русский, English, Türkçe, Uzbekcha.

What i had:
Firmware revision number: 2250.21.51201.164
Bootloader version: 5.12.2250.1
164 - Vodafone_SPA operator, with CID VODAP304
I've tried to install this version, but it failed: ERROR 226: Flash Write Error.

Try building a GoldCard, and then install the Euro Spark rom into your phone using GoldCard method. This will also change its CID at the same time, and make it possible to downgrade SPL and install HSPL (custom roms).

RUU​_Spark​_HTC​_Europe​_1.10​.401​.04_Spark​_5.52​.09_RELEASE​.exe is the name of the rom, it can be found in football's Spark/SparkW rom thread. Remember, this rom might not have the launage pack you want, but you can use it as a path to installing HSPL, and then a custom rom with the language you want!

First rename rom on sdcard, THEN install goldcard bootloader. It seems that if you don't have the file name ready before installing the bootloader, it doesn't work right. I never had this issue, but I'm also sure I put the image on before I installed the goldcard bootloader to the SD card.
Remember, this image may not have your language pack, but you can install a custom rom after doing this.
So long as the GoldCard screen tells you it is checking the image, it should be okay. Flashing with GoldCard can take 20mins to a half-hour.
Even though I have done GoldCard on SparkW (not Spark like you), i named my image with all capital letters. SPARIMG.NBH is what I would try.
Also, maybe RUU_Spark_Vodafone_SPA_1.10.164.01_Radio_5.51.09.2 9_22.32.50.10U_by_ansar (from that ansar thread someone linked you too earlier) would be a better image to try for the downgrade.
