Anyone successfully tweaked the speaker phone on wizard?

I apologize first for making another topic but i havent had too much luck with this...
Does anyone know why the speaker phone sound so horrible on the 8125? Is it like this for everyone else as well? How come htc themselves havent fixed this with an update or something? Is this a hardware problem? As soon as i put my phone on speaker, callers on the other end complain that they cannot hear anything and that there is an annoying noise in the background?
Im interested to know what reg edits everyone else has made to get it to work properly? I havent had luck with the audiogain tweaks..

Music during my calls

When I saw the Nokia N91 that my neighbor owns, I thought it was a nice, bulky hard drive that can also make calls. I remember though that one day he calls me, and he accidentally hits his play button and music started to stream through his phone. I told him, "Hey! Turn that s*** down!" He then said that it was his phone, not his stereo.
I wonder... is there some way to bypass the audio in the 8125 to the phone gateway? Maybe some program out there anyone can refer me to? That's a really neat function and I want it.
I know that Voice Commander does pass its audio to the earpiece during a call, I'm sure theres a way to pass audio to a call.
im also looking for a way to get music to play during calls, any1 know how?
found it
nevermind, i found was i was looking for...
if any1 comes across this having the same problem in the future, check out this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=313214
Thanks
Good, this topic was noted once before. I'm checking it out right now.

Idea!!!! I Think

I have this idea....I wanted to know if it is even possible and I figure what better place to ask than on the XDA forums heck those dudes over there have tons of knowledge....any way (wipes off nose)
I want to use my cell phone to unlock my car and lock my car maybe open the trunk. Since I already have a keyless entry remote is this possible? Can my cell phone even transmit a signal similar?
i think there is no way
Check here: http://www.novii.tv/pocketpc/
VERY FEW cars use IR for the fob, but there are a few. I actually had this working with a 1998 Mercedes C280 and an Palm TungstenT. However, I have heard about NoviiRemote doing this too, but first the car needs IR interface.
I guess it is possible, though you'll have to mod your car too. Anyway, I kind of forgot where I found it, I think it was hackaday.com. By the way, they did it with a mobile phone (bluetooth?) but I guess it's possible with a PDA
This sounds stupid, but I once heard a rumor out there on the internet... but I think mythbusters might have dismissed it...
The rumor is that you can use a cellphone to unlock your car. The person that locked their keys in the car calls someone who has the other keyfob (wife etc.). That person holds the keyfob close to the microphone while the person with the locked car holds the phone close to the car.....and the car unlocks!!
I think it's bs but I think that's how it went...
Anyone else heard of this?

Well I am still pessamistic about this.. however I watched a UK program "brainiac" they test all sorts of weird and wacky things and they actually ran this test on camera.. needless to say it worked.
I have not tried this myself as yet..

Recording software

Hello people my name is Adrian i'm from Argentina and i am new in this forum.
i have a question, i have a Qtek A9100 with Wm6 (ROM TNT 5.0) and work great
The problem is i test some software to record calls, like Resco Audio Recorder, VITO Audio Notes, PMRecorder and work fine but the problem is these software just record my voice, don't record the other side. To record both sides i have to activate the loudspeaker, but i don't want this, i want use the phone without speaker on. Do you know some way to record both sides without speaker on?.
Thanks so very much.
Best regards.
Adrián
somebody can help me? thanks
The short answer: no.
The long answer: this is a hardware issue, and to date, there have been many suggestions offered, but no definitive solutions found.
You would have known this, if you had searched this forum before posting. This is something that will get you flamed if you do it too often. Search first. The built-in search feature works very well, if you tell it to only search the wizard threads.
Also, bumping a thread that's only two hours old is not considered good etiquette. This is a bulletin board, not a chat-room. It may take hours, or even days before you get a reasonable answer. Most of the really talented people offering information on this board only get here once a day, or even every other day. Next time, just wait. Your patience will be rewarded.
Just some friendly advice.

Bluetooth Time Announce

So, I've got a lovely bluetooth headset with a vibrate alert function that I really like using because I can keep the headset in my pocket. (damn near impossible to find one that does that, but that's another story) I had a problem where I kept accidentally pushing the 'voice dial' button. I managed to fix this by using a registry hack.
So, now what I want to do is re-map the button to run a program that will simply announce the time into the bluetooth headset. This program could be a mortscript, or something... I think. Anyway, any suggestions anyone?
Also, any ideas on something even cooler to map that button to?
Admins- feel free to move this thread around. I think this is the right place for it, but I'm not sure.
