I just searched for all words "upgrade bootloader". Took me about two minutes.

Search the stickies. You can burn any Magician ROM on your phone if you follow the right steps.

i think none of the members here know how to CID unlock magician phones...well it's too bad for me i can't repair my phone...hope someone will read this topic and give a little help on my problem.
I'm new at all of this so please help me. I just got my Wizard MDA and i tried to update the ROM when my computer spazzed out and shut down. Now my phone won't turn on and when it does all i get is a white screen. if anyone has any idea what i can do please help.

That thread tells you 100% EVERYTHING you need to know. That's why I gave you a link to it over 3 hours ago. If you'd have spent the time reading that thread and following the instructions on it carefully, then you would already have Android running on your phone.
