Is there a Herald update for WM6 ? Or is it possible to use updates from XDA Terra for Herald? (Herald with WM6 @ O2 germany).

Hi...have inherited an XDAII T-Mobile & have sucessfully migrated to AT&T (thanks to xda developers...), & would like to upgrade to ppc2003. The sites on previous posts seem to be dis-continued..so does anyone know where I can get the upgrade software...the proceedure is very well documented on other posts here...you guys run a great forum...Thanks :?
XDA II comes already with WM2003 ROM ... it doesn't work with PPC2002

I have recently upgraded to 2003 using xda-developers ROM. Now I want to sell my Wallaby as I have now got a new partner in a XDA IIs. Can anyone advise me how to downgrade to the original O2 2002?
Download the ROM and install it....

they all work on your wallaby device
it all comes down to what language you want
and how new a rom you want
a good pointer is the higher the number the newer the rom

From what I have heared HP is not going to offer upgrades to WM6. Using an Ipaq HW6915. Is it possible in some way to upgrade it to WM6 with some other ROM?

Just seen a post on Mobility which link to htc where they are offering WM6 upgrade at htc web site as stated below in Mobility.:
If you own a TyTN, you have great news … there is an upgrade for your device at the HTC site. If you have not already setup your eClub account there, you will need to do so to get the upgrade (BTW, it is a fast, easy process that provides you with a slew of benefits … so do it if you have not already).
Of course you need to remember that a ROM upgrade will erase ALL information so if you need something make sure you back up that data!!

One point it is for htc badged only. I have a v1605 variant so it does not show it for me yet and Vodafone do not know when they will release. I even told Vf that O2 had just announced their variant on the same Mobility site for their version of the Hermes.........

No WM5 ROM was ever released for the magician both officially and unofficially. You can load Cotulla's WM6.1 ROM though which is far superior to WM5.
6.5 is also now out if you would prefer that
when cotula make wm 5 for magician cause i like and i collect for rom my mgician..so plz cotulla bring o2 xda II mini rom wm 5 so magician personly perfect all rom..
