my o2 neo not connecting to PC in bootloader mode.
My o2 neo got stucked on the o2 reset screen.After going through this forum i came to know that few others too had this problem, so i went ahead with flashing of rom (RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship.exe) as suggested. But i am having a problem connecting my o2 with my PC using activesync 4.1 as well as 4.5 as it is required for the process. I tried all the option for connecting in activesync, but it failed to connect. Pls help

I have searched for the last hour and can't find a solution. I have an I-mate K-Jam purchased new in October 2005, have never upgraded the ROM, BIOS, or anything on it. I am trying to get it be recognized with Activesync so that I can update the BIOS as described in this forum. Here is what I have tried so far:
Uninstalled Activesync and reinstalled 4.5
Tried on a seperate computer
Stopped all Firewall services
Hard reset the k-jam
Tried different USB cable
Tested USB port and Cable with another device and they work fine
Is there any other way to update the BIOS without using Activesync?
Someone please help me.

I recently got this 4 years old MDA 2 from a friend.
I thought i could still use it for Navigation and so i tried to update the Software to a newer Version - But somehow the update faild :-(
The only thing i see now on the screen is "Serial v1.02".
I already tried to switch into the Bootloader Menü for a Update via SD Card by pressing the Power+Navpad+Reset Switch, but it doesn't work.
Can someone help me please

The device allready is in bootloader mode reconnect it to the pc and update the rom again then it will work again i use the aku 3.5 sp2 rom see the upgrading part in the forum

Guess the Problem was with the new Vista Mobile Device Center.
I tried the same on a XP Computer with Active Sync 4.5 and it worked.

the problem is the following:
I'm trying to update my HTC HERMES but the activesync can't detect the device.
when the device is switched on i can tranfer dates normally the activesync can recognize it , but when i put the device in bootloader mode the activesync can't detect it and i can't to update the phone.
what is the problem?
where i can find the answers?

i 've this pda it is stoped on boot screen i try to hard reset the its not working i tried to connect it with pc while the phone is on boot
mode it installed its driver but not communicating with activesync
i 've already downloaded the offical rom the fone but ?

I upgraded my phone from 6.1 to 6.5 .
I was able to connect my phone via usb cable before upgrading but now it does not .
Anyone knows how to solve this problem so i can use the same net which i am using on my pc via usb cable on my imate kjam.
