Gps , install problems

Hey! Have just bought Garmin GPS 10 deluxe.
Trying to install it on my qtek 9100, but the stupid thing wold´nt let me install it on the storage card..,, I choose Storage Card 200 times, but no no.. it will install on the system memory.. and that memory is to small.. Can anyone tell me why I can´t install it on storage card?
Did the same thing to my S100, and hten it worked.. Storage card install/9100 = not true?
Please if anyone have a solution for this problem..

Need more information.
What size of SD card are you using?
What application tells you "no storage card installed"?
Are you using WM5 or WM6 Operating System?

1 GB MICRO SD
2 ) What application tells you "no storage card installed"?
sotrage card does not read on Mobile..
Start > Settings > System > Memory > Storage Card >> Total storage card memory: Not installed
3 ) Are you using WM5 or WM6 Operating System?
WM5 (BUILD 15673.3.3.1)
Processor: SC32422-400MHZ
Memory: 49.05 MB
Expansion: Not in use

That should work OK.
You may have a faulty card or dirty contacts on the card or phone contacts. Perhaps you could try inserting and removing several times as this can clean off the contacts. The card should insert smoothly and click cleanly into place.
Also, the camera application should offer you the choice to save to the storage card (if it detects a card). Just another way to see if it's being detected.
If all fails, try to access another card, at least that will let us know if it's the phone or the card.
You can also try re-formatting the card using a PC.

I had a similar issue when i got my sd card.What solved it for me was to insert the card,wait a few seconds,then do a soft reset with the card still inserted.When the hermes rebooted it recognized the micro card instantly

I had a similar problem after I enabled the network folder with Resco Explorer 2008. I removed that and it's been working for months now.

Yes indeed and if you have the network folder enabled, the Camera for example, will never save to it despite it asking if you want to save to the card. (It will always revert to Main memory if the network folder is enabled).

i am new in this forum.i am using i-mate jam PM10A.i hv a problem in it.
how all new installation in storage card.or phone use memory of storage
card.and when i use internent on phone , phone show memory low.i want all works use storage card memory.

Atom Exec Memory Card Problem.

I have atom exec with 2gb mini-sd, I installed few songs in it then I upgraded my OS, but now I can't copy anything in it nor I can delete, when I copy something in it, it will get disappeared or if I delete something from it, it comes back when I re-insert my card, I can't format it using wm5 storage, it gives error "format not complete" and I tried low level format which took half an hour but no success.
I tried different atom softwares to format but no success.
I also tried in card reader but not working in that.
I can read files in my memory card i.e. songs are still playing in my atom.
Someone please tell me what should I do ???

i think you sould up another rom ( some rom can't use mini-sd 2gb and i have the same problem) or you can buy another memory card but just 1gb

here is your rom work with micro SD 2-gb : wm6.1 21109 of sonblack and it's working very good

Hi all,
Ihave installed pdaimatejam Rom Wp7.8 OS 7.10.8862.144 v8.9 on my HTC HD2 succesfully but there is only one 'minor' thing that is bugging me. With everything I do on the phone I get the message saying "Error. Oops! You have reached the storage limit on your phone. Go free up some space, then try again."
There is a 2GB micro SD card inside (completely empty), I also tried a 4GB micro SD card, same result..
Under settings > information the phone states that it has only 0,53MB of storage space available, it doesn't mention the sd-card at all.
I tried a hard reset with and without the sd-card in the phone, reformatting the sd-card, I even installed a Windows Phone 7.5 ROM but this gives me the same error.
Can anyone please help me with this? I can't install any apps right know, I even can't take one picture..
Hoping to read some good response soon.

your sd card not working or not compatibile ... also simple change card not helping... you must make hard reset or flash ROM again when change card
sd card is phone memory...
