[Q] downgrade rom?

HI GUYS, Im not sure this is the right section but I'm trying to install android,
i have windows OS, now I understand I need a custum ROM to install so i downloaded chucky, but now i see that I need to install radio and HSPL 2, AND that i need SPL 1.42.0000 ON my device but i have SPL 1.66.....,
DO I need to downgrade my rom? how do I do that?
