Apologies if this has already been posted but I have just been speaking with Tomtom technical support. They tell me that Navigator should be officially supported on the O2 Exec (etc) by the end of this month (Nov).
Apparently they really want to get it launched for Cristmas.
The guy I spoke with said that they could already support it but the official date was soon....
Andy.
Well - The update is out....
From the tomtom site -
"Update December 2005 - TomTom NAVIGATOR 5.20 "
http://www.tomtom.com/support/index.php?Language=1&FID=3361
I have VoIP integrated into my custom Kaiser ROM (based on the official HTC WWE ROM 5.2.19212) and it works fine apart from the routing of the audio to the rear speaker and not the phone speaker (its a shame but until HTC see fit to fix this I'll live with it ). The files I am using are:
dnsapi.dll - 5,968 bytes - 23 April 2007, 13:30:54
voipphonecanvas.dll - 134,992 bytes - 23 April 2007, 13:30:54
rtcdll.dll - 1,686,352 bytes - 19 June 2007, 07:02:36
Are these the latest or has M$ released any newer ones?
Cheers
Andy
does anybody use typhon as a navi? I`m lookin for offroad navi system for my c500. I try "Trekbuddy", but does`nt work properly (i try with many of Java emulators). If you have any sugestion...?
Typhoon as navi: try PocketGPS-Map by Andrej Krutak
here is the link:
http://pocketgpsmap.wiki.sourceforge.net/
I've got a Qtek 8010 and a Holux GPS, after trying many different programs I found this one and I'm very happy with it.
It's FREE and the author is really a helpful guy!
There is a 2007 and a 2008 version to download, for me the 2008 version doesn't work, the 2007 version works just fine...
Try it out!
