how do i assing a a TIFF as a program?

I'm trying to assing a TIFF image (can be jpg, bmp or what ever's convenient) to a "program" button.
What I want to do is to be able to press the button and have the picture show. The button is from the program tab on Manilla2d(?) interface as seen here

Ok, so I am about to sell my wizard as a "parts phone" because it needs the following part and the screen won't come on anymore.:

Anyway...........I want to reset the phone, to erase everything off of it, and I can't remember the keys to press to do a hard reset, and then the confirm commands either.

ok, I got it, you are supposed to press the send button, but none of my front panel buttons work, is there any buttons ont he slide out keyboard that will work for this?

6700 can not press tow keys at a time,suffering

ppc 6700,has a 416 cpu,it can run most nes smoothly.but i found it can not press tow keys at a time.
i have setup the "6700 keyboard fix" and now can press two keys at the keyboard,
but when i use the Infrared joypad,there still conflicts when press "down" +"a"(or b),6700 key boatd fix can not help the joypad.
how can use the joypad on the 6700,or are there some roms can suport multkeys,that
is great ,thanks.

Light bulb button?

What is the light bulb button supposed to do?
As far as I can tell, nothing happens when I press or hold it.
The button itself is fine, since I can use it to enter boot loader.
Just inside WM there is no real function to it?
