Newbie needs help for ROM, ExtRom and Radio upgrading

hello all
i'm newbie with Qtek S100 (just bought last wednsday) and i would like to know where can i find the files (in english) to upgrade my ROM, ExtROM and Radio versions (also if you can tell me some procedures how to make it i would appreciate that)
at the moment i run ROM 1.03.00 WWE, Radio 1.01.00 and ExtROM 1.03.154 WWE

Hi, Newbie to the site,
I have an XDAIIi with Rom version 1.11.00 WWE
Radio version 1.00.00
Protocol version 1337.39
Ext Rom version 1.11.169 WWE
Can anyone advise me if this is the latest version or is there an upgrade available ? and if so where can I download it from.

As arvind09 said i read almost all Wiki before do some other stupid things, i downloaded anhoter rom from this page:

but the rom that i found is HTC rom 1.12.405.101, and is not working on my artemis, when i tried to flash it after 2%, the RUU program told me ERROR 244 (INVALID MODEL ID)
i looked in my system and i saw that i need this ROM 1.13.110.1 WWE but i don't know where i can download it because the one that i found on wiki page is 1.13.110.101 and not 1.13.110.1 and is also not downloadable.
MY DEVICE ROM DATA
May i know where i can find this ROM
ROM Version 1.13.110.1 WWE
ROM date 9/22/06
Radio version 02.67.90
Protocol version 4.1.13.28
ExtROM 1.12.406.101
If i wrong some other things could you advise me please?
The last question is how i can be sure that my device need T-mobile ROM?
Only from the code of the ROM?

I need Original SPL

I want to return to my original SPL and Radio ROM, because it's working better that all Radio that I tryed.
I have Radio ROM, one with the same name, I don't know if it's original, but I don't have the SPL, and I don't know him.
My original device is HTC Touch Cruise, ROM version 1.28.405.3 WWE, ROM date 03/05/08, Radio version 1.58.25.14, Protocol version 25.69.30.05H.

[Q] How to dump ROM from Elfin

Hello,
I have one ROM that is mentioned as missing in my VPA touch (for Elfin, German ROM, Vodafone germany)
DEVICE ID: ELF010050
CID ID: VODAP102
But link for doing it is broken.
If anyone can help to do it, maybe someone can need it!

The Wiki is a mess right now and it will take a time for them to get everything working on the new system. I don't know if I have the files or even the guide on my PC, but if I do I will post them later this week.
