Pocketplus theme change?

I have installed Pocketplus 3 on my Wizard and it work great after disabling the saft boot "feature".
I tried to change to some of the theme preinstalled with pocketplus 3 to change the indicator icon without any effect.
Anyone has any luck using anything other then the default theme?

I have the same problem.. only workes if u send the .tsk file to eg my documents and installs it from there.. so far.....

On my Vario, the themes show up in the Today options, but selecting them does not load them. The theme is still Windows default, or one of the other ones that came with the phone. Too bad, wold have liked to use the same theme I was used ot on my magician. How des installing them from another folder ( like my documents) work? just copy them there? But how to select them then?

Here is the extract:
those who are having problems installing themes. sbsh had a workaround. goto settings/today and highlight the theme you wish to use. locate the tsk file and copy to root. rename tsk to cab. install the file. goto settings/today/items exit. it seems to work without problems.
I just tried this method and works. Hope this help with anyone that is using PocketPlus.

CommManager icon disappeared

hi, i have this problem :
on my wizard the CommManager icon disappeared (small icon near the battery status, right-bottom of the Today screen)
do someone knows, where to enable it ?
i predict its in the registry, but cannot find it.

You remove HotSpot Login Utility? Thats what I did and it disappeared. I just reinstalled the cab file for it.

corrupted3k: you mean reinstall Communication Manager ?
where can i find the .cab file ?

I installed the hotspot utility and the icon came back

Double LockScreen with S2U2

Hi at all,
i have the problem with my HD2 (Leo), that I have a double Lockscreen. One from S2U2 and one from Win Mobile. I Have installed S2U2 2.30 and also the Disable Auto Device Lock.cab
First it worked and only the S2U2 Lockscreen was there.
Then after a Softreset the Win Mobile Lockscreen was back and I don`t know how I can switch it off.
In the registry the value DeviceLockWhenSuspend is 0.
I don´t know what I can do now.
I hope you can help me.

Try disabling WM6.5 system manual lock in S2U2 advanced settings. If you are using a custom rom, look out for a "Device Lock" in Tools or Start Menu and disable it.

o m g, thank you rly, i tried every registry hack & cabs... didnt work. but this device lock thingy worked! TY!

That don´t work also on my HD2.
I have a t-mobile branded HD2 with the original ROM 1.43
Do you have an other idea?

Hi, I found the fault now.
I had installed LockScreen with bottom Slider.cab from starbase64. Now after I removed it, S2U2 is working normal.

Congrats. That was the "Device Lock" I had mentioned. Only in your case, you had managed to "cook" it in your ROM yourselves. It appears in the Start Menu under the name "Device Lock".

Please Not Another Hard Reset!!

Ive just installed a clock for CHT. . .Then soft resetted!!
No problem there. .. then when my phone comes back on . .. sense wouldnt launch!!
Help PLEASE. . ..

how did you install the clock if it was a cab, connect to your pc via active sync and delete it if not if you had a custom ROM, request for the original Manila file

Dont hard reset just yet..........
First try this......
Go to settings... (should be the default WM settings)
Select today settings.......
Untick HTC sense....
Tick Windows default...
Soft reset......
Uninstall CHT
Soft reset....
Reinstall CHT
it should attempt to launch it again after phone has rebooted...
if that doesnt work look here for possible fixes........

wifi problem

need help urgent.i install program i c thru u and try to modifie transparency of taskbar.after restart icons on touchflo dissapear.i made a hard reset and reinstall soft but now wifi don't want to start anymore not even at first start.if i try to introduce manual setting for wifi phone don't want to connect to my wirelles network.please tell my what to do?
