The rom different between different vendor?

I'm new in here. Nice to meet you all.
My prophet is Dopod 818 pro. I know there are different version of roms come from different vendor. What are the different between them? Qtek S200, Dopod 818 pro :lol: , O2 XDA neo, i-mate JAMin... Which version of rom is the best?

My Qtek S200 is application locked

How do I get unlocked the Prophet then? Also how do I flash the Qtek S200 ROM to a Dopod 818 ROM?
