I'm looking possible for a way to remap where the "Video Calling" Key goes to something else. I've tried a few bits of software but they don't seem to recognise this key.
Is it a registry problem, or have I just not searched hard enough

Does anybody know how to remap the Contact button that is actually in the dialer. Not the Softkeys but the one that shows after you've ended a call. I've searched everywhere in my registry and can't find it. Thanks.
anyone managed to do it for the above? I mapped the camera and record buttons but they dun seem to work...

can we remap the messaging/envelope button and the start munu buttons?..coz cant find a way to reassign them
I've searched to no avail regards to the key mapping of our device, though I did find it for other devices, such as touch pro, etc. I've tried to use schaps advan config tool to change the "long press" power button to sShutxp, but upon going into the "Key Mapping" config, the long press is grayed out. Is there any way you can map it? or is it not just possible for our device?
I like to use the HTC headset especially while running, mostly because of the controls in the wire.
They´re very useful, but I think they would be much more useful if I could, for example, remap the FF e FW (holing the previous and next button) to volume up and down, that is missing.
I also would like to remap holding the play/pause key to launch the voice recording app.
I´ve tried with AE Button Plus and searched for registry keys (dispite not beeing to experienced in that) with no sucess. AE doesn't recognize when I press the headset buttons and I could't find any entry in the registry to do it.
So i ask: is this possible? If so, can someone tell me how or at least give a path to try doing this?

everything is in the title. i am mostly interested in remaping the windows key to launch a task manager instead of the start menu. i very seldom use the start menu and the soft key is really more than enough

Is here some possibility to remap hard keys permanently? It means it will be remaped in magldr too?
I need vol up key for WP install but it is not working after change of the lcd.
