How to add a standard part to a group of phone numbers?

Hi!
I'm thinking about using my M1000 with my company's Sim.
Problem is that to dial personal numbers I would need to add "46" before the number I am dialing (this is for cost control... the company pays for phone call of collegues and clients, I pay for my personal ones).
Now, I am afraid that due to this restriction I would not be able to tap a personal contact number and have it dialed and also that I would need to delete the whole number from the phone display in order to add the 46 at the beginning.
Is there any application that would allow me to easily add the 46 in front of personal numbers before they get dialed?
THANKS!!!
Chris
Are you saying that you can't simply add the "46" to your personal phone numbers in your Contacts list? I just added "46" in front of a number in my contacts list and dialed it. It did not work on my network, but it did dial it.
I could but...
I could add the 46 in front but...
0) do it for all of my contacts its a long work...
1) It would be difficoult to revert should I change sim
2) I would get all my contact screwed if I try for example to dial from my PC or share them with someone
3) I don't need the "46" for SMS... so if I put it for SMS they would not go...
4) Incoming calls would not be recognized becouse the caller Id could not match the caller with the 46...
So it would be best if I could just add the "46" with a botton to the end of a number I would like to dial, just before I dial it...
Thanks anyway!

How to remove "+" from phone number

Does any one know how to remove the "+" in front of the phone number?
For some of the contacts I want to use a different dialing prefix instead of the the default "+"; but every time I synz it with Outlook the "+" is back.
Thanks
normaly +XY is the country prefix all over the world
and even if one is calling from within ones own country it should not matter
if one use the country prefix
Sorry was traveling so could not get back to you on time.
Thanks for your suggestion I am aware of the +; but in Hong Kong there are many service providers who need you to dial their code instead of the + (as pluse is default to phone service company's network). So, e.g. +91201234456 would be to dial India using my network provider (CSL or PCCW); but there are other cheaper companies i.e. 1528, so instead I need to dial 152891201234456.
But, now the problem is ever time I remove the + and put this code for some of my contact(s) on my Dopod; Outlook puts it back and worst makes it default to 852 so after a synz I landup with +852152891201234456.
how to remove + in phone number
try photo cntact pro
there is option to remove + in incoming phone call

Need help- just bought an X1

Sorry but I searched and cannot find answers-
A few questions:
I have tmobile in the usa (oregon) with a black sony x1i
1) Issue- I am coming from a Sam BJ2- I use exch server for email, contacts, etc. When I set up my X1 with my exchange info- everything worked nicely-
But some of my contacts that are smsing me do not show their contact name only the #. I think it might be cause some have the 1 (XXX) and some dont have the 1. How can I fix this as I have 600 contacts?? Please help
I noticed that the phone wont dial a # without the 1 in front of it-
2) on my BJ2 - when I wanted to call, email or text someone- I would start typing their name and I would choose from the list as I am typing. I cant do that with the xperia- typing doesnt do anything- How do people quickly search for a contact???
3) Is there a seperate box that shows on the home screen when SMS's come in as opposed to 1 message box with a red #? I would like to see if its an email or sms.
Thx in advance
In regards to 1, have you tried selecting "United States" in the regional settings?
Yes I set it to USA english-
Also where is the battery indicator on the home screen??
Thx
1) thats a calling ID setting... there is nothing you can do about it except you go change the contact number and add or remove the 1 before the area code... the phone is just trying to match whatever the caller ID is to your contact list... if it is not the same it wont display it.... I have had that problem on my BJ2 too and I had to change all those contacts as well
2) I can do so by sliding out the keyboard and start typing the name and call... not sure if you are doing the samething or you are trying to get the soft keyboard out to type...
3) I have a sms or email notification showing up on the bottom of the screen whenever I receive them.... otherwise the sonyericsson panel have a option to display them I think

SMS contact numbers and another question

Hello guys!!!!
I have an HTC HERO that i bought in U.S.
My contacts are with carrier code + area code + number, so its like this: 041(carrier)11(area code)55555555(number). So i can call them when i am in roaming without adding the codes.
But, when i receive a sms from a person, it does not show the name of the person, it only shows the number of the person.(example: instead of Paul wich phone number is stored as 0411199999999 it shows 01199999999)(note that it shows 0 + area code + number)
The same way when i´m in roaming and receive a call.
How to fix that?
Other question is: I bought it from Amazon in U.S, so, my phone is U.S or Asian? When in first turned on, it showed me to select 3 languages(Singapore English, Chinese and another that i remember)
ps: I live in Brazil.
Thanks,
Sérgio Paulo

[Q] GAL - global address list & work telephone number

Is it possible to call work telephone number for a contact found inside GAL?
I can't find any other solution than saving contact to phone first, and then calling the number.
