Need help customizing SmartPhone Shortcut Menu!!!

I have a WM6 SmartPhone and I'm trying to figure out where in the registry that I control the shortcut list that is displayed on the home screen.
First off, I don't want the list updated based on which applications are most recently used. I don't want it updated at all!
Second, I want to specify EXACTLY which 6 shortcuts I want displayed and I also want to control what order they are in.
Can someone please point me towards which registry keys I should be looking for then I can go from there....

Possible to redirect Start tab on today screen?

Hello all,
I was wondering is there a registry edit to redirect the start tab from the convertional start drop down menu to say My Menu from SPB mobile shell?
I know the start menu has been replaced with the HTC cab as well as with quick menu but I cant find out how it has been done.
I apologise if this has been covered before but I could'nt find anything in the search.

Favorite Programs Cutomize?

Hello, I have an app that I run on my diamond, but the only way I can run it is finding the file through the File Explorer. I want to add it to the program favorites for quick launch but the program doesn't show in the list of programs. Can someone please help me on how I can add this program to the favorites? Would be even better if I could integrate it into the touchflo menu at the bottom. Please Please.
Update: I was able to add the program I wanted with the Diamond TF3D Config. I was even able to add a custom icon. Very cool.

after browsing and searching the forums here, I culdn't find any info on my needs.
does any one know where can I find some info on how to develop keyboards for WM6.1?
Also I'm looking for some info on how to rearrange my programs on the programs menu? such as create a folder name Utils and move shortcuts into to it?
