Hi,
as a very new user of the XDA II (after having an XDA I since its release) I cant seem to find the My o2 application which had the AA and Yell functions. Is this also on the XDA II or is it on the CD-ROM which I have yet to have a browse through.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Steve
I have made a new android app recently. Except XDA forum, where are good place to post my app for more exposure?
Best idea is to set up your own website, then post links on hardware specific forums eg HTC forums, x10 forum, etc.

Hey guys so I found this in my evo lte forum and it seems to help quite a bit with lag and especially the keyboard lag that some have reported. It is a simple apk to use and it is universay, it also helpsmout with freeing up more ram.

Looks promising, I will read more later.

Thanks, I will try it. Presently the lag is mitigated by the use of SwiftKey- no lag at all.

Please read the related article post on XDS site, this is not a sure shot way and it will increase your battery usage as it keeps the CPU active irrespective of it being used or not. Will not advice this to be used atleast at its present state
Agree anyone not reading the thread in in full is asking for trouble on this old news that has been posted before and discredited . It even got a post on the portal .

XDA?!
Pretty sure XDA-Devs does the job right
If you want an alternative to the forums/threads way of doing things, go look at the StackExchange sites.
StackOverflow is a good place to start, just look for the android tag.
(Personally I find forums quite difficult to follow - fifty page threads with some useful information in there...somewhere...)
Also github.com - free storage with version control (git) for all your code so long as its open source. There you can follow people, star repositories etc, very useful
Google+ + StackOverflow + GitHub
Best of both worlds
XDA for advice
Stackoverflow for debugging - problem solving ^^

Stackoverflow is a question and answer site. not a social network or forum type deal. Just specific programming code type questions.
