I need your help on this..
I finally found out what the XDA II problem is. The sync connector on the bottom broke down so I can not transfer data nor charge the battery so my XDA II does not work any more.
Now heres the problem I've bought it in Hong Kong but live in Holland.
and this is my question; where is the closest repaircenter where I can send this baby to?
Could you plse advice?

after 10 phonecalls and web search I found the answer myself.

I'm STILL having this same problem: http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=30308&highlight=twichibi.
Since I haven't had my XDAII for that long I don't really feel confident trying to upgrade roms/radio or reflashing :roll:. FOSA mentioned in the post linked above, about upgrading the radio stack but I don't know how and don't want to bugger up my phone for good!
I am on the Orange network but have an O2 XDAII. Do you think either of these service providers would be willing to help me and if so which??

It depends. Maybe if someone would be good enough to walk me through the procedure of updating the radio stack (in idiot proof form :lol: ) I possibly will have a go at it myself but in previous posts I've not felt too confident from what people have said.

It looks like the allinone unlock tool form this iste, but the idiots claiming it will unlock an exec and jasjar, but not MDA pro or m5000, hmmmm I wonder why?!!!!! Why would you need to unlock a phone that is already unlocked? Honestly these guys have no scruples they want shooting. Either that or they should get themselves a proper job, rather than scamming people!

My first feedback is from the guy who sold me my MDA PRO, that was the first thing I bought and the second feedback is from the guy selling the unlock tool, that's a total of 2 items I bought on eBay with 2 sellers... How on earth could I dupe "SEVERAL SELLERS" :lol:

On my Win XP Pro machine and my MDA PRO it says "invalid program" or something.
Without even looking at that or downloading it I am guessing it is a PocketPC app to be executed on the device. I bet it's been stolen from here... LOL! :lol:

The answering machine should have been included in the exec, especially as it is supposed to be the more business model.
