Problem to access WIFI with my HTC P3600

i got my HTC P3600 on the 01/12/2007.
all is ok
but when i try to search a WLAN whith Comm Manager,
nothing happens
it doesn't search for WLAN

I bought an HTC VIVA but it is english. Is almost the same phone. It's possible that create a spanish rom based on your phone? It's works for VIVA? I want to have in spanish.

elf0100 unlock problem

hi
i have one htc touch for unlocking, i do all the things to get the code and when i have it, when i go to inpunt it to the pda, it tell me i have 6 attempts used and i must to wait, well, i wait till the pda tells me, insert the code, i write the code and then the phone tells me, you have 7 attempts used, i think, is posible the sw give me a wrong code, i repeat all the things and i have the same code, i try again nad i have, you have 8 attemps used.
can any body explain me how to solve this?

Impossible to unlock with elf method.
I think we need a specific method for elfin (my model : elf0100)

I also this problem...10 and no posible solution.
Tengo este mismo problema, ejecuto todos los pasos correctamente segun el manual, me da el codigo de liberación y al introducirlo me da error y suma un intento mas, he intentado ver con distintos tools y todos me sacan el mismo codigo de liberación incluso he realizado esta comprobación y del mismo modo me da el cod.
