It's a G4. You can SIM-unlock is with lokiwiz, but not CID-unlock. Read the wiki and:

Why don't you read and find out? We don't mind helping people, as long as they make the effort to help themselves before asking others.
And yes, LokiWiz will sim unlock your phone.

I have read unlock code with Lokiwiz03a,so i put simcard from other provider and than type the pin code,ok it is accepted, than i wann to put unlock code but it does'nt work.
I have allready update it to last version but the same problem,hardware is also allready done.
what i have to do?

If you use Lokwiz to read out the 'unlock code' why don't you also use lokwiz to unlock the phone? Check out the forum or wiki.xda-developers.com for detailed guide!

Are you trying to use HTC Wizard software on an Artemis? If so you seem to be making a strong effort to permanently break your Artemis.
How is it locked? O2 don't SIM lock their phones, and the fact you are asking to change the IMEI makes me think it's stolen.
If it is stolen then tough.
If not you need to describe how it is "locked".
