Cannot Unlock O2 XDA Wallaby, Plz Help

I tried to unlock an O2 XDA Wallaby with all the tools in wiki and this forum but the phone is still sim lock. it says simlock "Please input unlock code..GID:..After i use the XDAunlock, it says your phone is already unlocked. I flash phone with special 1.2 rom, v3.17..flash 6.24 radio stack..and bootloader is 5.15...any idea how to unlock this phone, please help, thanks

Hello everyone.
I need a helping hand here with my qtek s100.
I wish to kow if there is any tool to make it super cid and unlock cid so I can place any other rom.
Is it possible to set it with a WM6 ROM?
if yes where can i find it.

I'm a newbie. I purchased a XDA Orbit and want to know if the orbit is CID unlocked?
If the CID is unlocked, does that mean it will accept any other sim cards?
If my Orbit is unlocked does that mean I can put a new ROM on it?

When the device boots, see if SPL number is 1.11.0000.
If it is like that, then it's CID unlock.

Hi there, I'am really new here,...just unlock my cid & the programmed indicated that it has been uncocked succesfully,....but the SPL during rebooting is 3.07.0000 so is my cid lock or unlock,.....pls advice....b4 I start flashing the rom.
